True, although it's not hard at all to get the set at below 80 hunter with a good few juju teles, rings of dueling (for mobilizing armies tele, brings you quickly near ooglog spa pools), an arctic bear (not necessary but always helpful), and a little planning. If you do this to catch all regular jadinkos, while noting what is required to catch the god jadinkos, you can claim witchdoctor top or bottoms very easily in a day (I did this at 74 hunter). But the trick to claiming full witchdoctor's quickly is to, as soon as you've claimed the top/bottoms, then catch at least one of each of the god jadinkos, and talk to Papa Mambo again, and he should reward you with the mask. Repeat this process again after herblore habitat resets (I think on wednesdays?) until you get the final piece. There is a 50% chance you will get the full set in 2 tries, so in other words, you have a fairly good chance of claiming full witchdoctor set in under a week at 74+ hunter.

yup, and it gets the boost from the bxpw multipliers too. It drops down from it's normal 60 gp/exp (as of yesterday) to around 22.5 gp/exp if the bones are used entirely in the first half hour of bxpw (over 2m exp/hr). edit: the 2m+ exp/hr accounts for time taken to open the jars. If you disregard the time taken to open, then I think (as in, I'm not sure, I'm making guesses here) the exp/hr rate would be around 6m exp/hr for the first half hr of bxpw. edit2: no that 6m/hr rate is too high. You should ask the person who wrote the guide on the "other forums".

Although demonic thrones with SC hammers would be the highest theoretical construction exp/hr, the highest practical construction exp/hr can be obtained using long/curved bones (aka, mass looting of zombie implings). I believe it is over 800k exp/hr assuming you open 10k jars/hr (higher if you use AHK).

I netted pengs (sometimes I'd net 3 + box 1) on the iceberg for some hunter levels in the mid-upper 60s, and it got me to 70 hunter. As that was quite some time ago, I don't remember any hard numbers, but the exp rates are fairly similar, and its far easier to find a world for. And as they say, time is money, so that's a real consideration imo, whether or not to stick with red sallies or go net pengs. Also, as a secondary note, you may not want to hunt jadinkos right away at 71. I found them to be frustrating to catch at the bare minimum level, and just a few levels (around lvl 74) made a difference.

I'm just about to get my third bind, and for a few months now, I've been looking forward to binding a CCS (although hex would be my dream bind). But lately I've noticed there's far more CCS users than their used to be in DGS, and I'm wondering if I should still bind CCS since my main concern is that I'll run into dungeons with other CCS users. And as Obt pointed out in his 3rd bind guide, it becomes troublesome when you have CCS users competing over adequate fire runes. But since I key most of my floors, I'm not sure if I should still stick with CCS, or get a rapier (doubt I'll get blood neck for a while at least).

I think you can, with current herb prices and if you have Scroll of Cleansing (~10% cost-saving). More than that, the SoC saves 12.5% of secondaries. Can you explain the mathematics here? From my calculations, it only actually saves 11 and one-ninth percent. Its not math, its testing, it should only be 11.111111111 repeating of course% . I've personally cleaned and made into unf pots over 10 k lants in the last 2 days and its produced 12.5% more potions. Meaning once again the KB is wrong. Inb4jagexpatchesitandruinsmyprofits. It is, and always has been, a 1 in 8 chance of saving a secondary, and a 1 in 10 chance of making the potion extra quick (in one tick). interesting, because when I make my juju pots, I never make the pot extra quick, but I do seem to have a fair chance at saving a herb.

Agreed, I generally know where doors are/team knows where, but it really helps make it easier to always be able to see it and think on the run, rather than having brief seconds when im not under attack running through rooms. In all honesty, I personally think that this would be more useful than Wicked's program, just because it costs 0 time to use (a big plus when you get good enough to key fast floors) and displays the map constantly, with minimal input to make it update real-time.
