  1. Then you are avoiding one of the problems that TTs have and why people drop them when they meet an annoying emote clue. It is the time wasting to travel to said store, buy said item go to TT location, and possibly having it repeat again later that makes this part of TT annoying Contradicts what you just said, because I too would like to have bankspace for other items unrelated to TT But wait, you want players to decide whether to store TT emote clue items or other possibly more important stuff? Thats not solving one of the main problems of people not doing TT
  2. You misunderstand, your screenshot is ONLY for Level 3, and indeed, I actually have what you have in screenshot on my bank already I found the guide to the emote items from the runescape wiki, ignore the few misc items there For you to meet all emote clues (1-3), you need roughly 10 lines of bank space as shown in the image (100 items estimated) That is already an insane amount of bank space, unless of course you only want to do level 3, then your point is valid
  3. I agree that the stackable rewards should be increased, so they can be used by players for really important stuff like Fight caves instead of collecting dust in the bank The problem with emote clues is that a large number of assorted items are needed, from gnome clothes to Blue D Hide (which I normally would have thrown out of my bank if not for the emote clue) I believe there is a guide somewhere that showed the number of items you need to do any emote clue. It was at least 1 bank screen large, space that most would probably not want to give up with current TT rewards
  4. The problem lies with the 2nd thing I mentioned, the 1x 'always have' TT item Sweets, biscuits and scrolls aren't really as good as say, Ranger Boots, Wizard Boots or a nice shiny piece of trimmed/gold/god armour. I have done quite a few only to get sweets, biscuits or scrolls that sell for less than most TT items TTs already require you to be lucky and kill the correct mobs. Emote clues are just annoying because you may need to deviate and go to said store/ge or make the item, then go back to the TT which will take up a lot of time Problem repeats when you get the same exact clue that does it again, and oops, you already sold the item cos its taking space. Already quite a lot of my bank spaced is filled with Level 3 emote TT items so I don't have to fumble around on the GE for 1 Allowing players to pick up multiple clues will help, but creates problems technically esp when it comes to Elite orb/scan clues.
  5. Problem with many of the lower end clue scrolls right now isn't just the rewards, its the annoying Emote clues that sometime require rarely used equipment or clothes from a random shop And if they could remove sweets, biscuits and tele scrolls from being part of the 'will always drop 1 exclusive TT item' (just put it as an extra reward), that would help TTs a lot
  6. Wouldn't have mind them being a drop (as a bonus to the normal drop), alternate rewards from minigames (that the player can choose to have) or randomly getting some from skilling like strange rocks But paying money to gamble in a MMO? Oh dear what have you done Jagex...
  7. Dungeoneering improvements is a godsend to solo dungeoneers like myself, hate having to run back and forth to pick up an item I needed for a door or to get resources SoF is just fail...no words can describe this
  8. Apparently the reward lamp is always given for members who do all 5 eggs every 2 hours, it works like a genie lamp from a random. I did the hunt 4 days and got the lamp each time it was completed Possibility of 12 lamps every day...if you are insane enough
  9. I fall into neither. Currently, I can't do any of the "mine/smith" effigies at all, and only up to nourished for the "fish/farm" (if I use an admiral pie). The rest I can do in one form or another. If I get one of those effigies I can't do on my own, I head right on over to W117 and get an assist. Henceforth why I really don't understand the complaining. If you're (and I mean "you" in the general sense of everyone complaining) *that* concerned with being able to do all of your effigies yourself, then stop killing things and waste three, four or five months getting the adequate levels so you can do them. You were going to raise your skills, anyway, so why not do it now. As the saying goes, there's no time like the present. Simple. You fall into a third category, those who can do some of the effigies but not all of them As already mentioned so many times, there should not be a limit on the effigies you can collect (nerf the drop rate if you want), but a limit on how many you can open or how much exp you can get from the effigy daily
  10. You do know some people are not hoarding them in the bank for exp only, but as a motivation for us to train the skill we cannot use the effigy for? Before this I would do Slayer, then do dailies/weeklys (Wicked Hood, Thieves Guild, Penguins etc) then back to Slayer or go do some more skilling This update has just sated my desire to raise those skills that I cannot use an effigy for
  11. The Kiln is a place I probably will never be able to step into Because I am a fail at normal Jad...
  12. To me I only have a qualm about not being able to stack them, because I actually wanted to get those skill levels by doing strange rocks every week so i can open my own effigies Should have just put a hard limit on the effigies, something like 1 reading or 30k exp daily
  13. Sure, I see what you mean Cheefoo. That's something that should have been realised days after they were released. Not over a year later. There's pictures & videos of Jmods visiting maxed players while they are hunting effigies. Did it suddenly click "Oh lets nerf it". Yeah, it was incredibly stupid for them to just suddenly nerf effigies like that. But I suppose it's better late than never, right? They really could have handled this better... They could have done it better, like limiting it to 30k a day just like the assistance system Doing big bang changes either way isn't so good
  14. Beyond retarded is an understatement regarding the effigy update Its already rare enough and its also a good incentive for people to level the skills to use the effigies (I have no skills above 91 except for combat) Did Blizzard's team of 'brainless' developers infect Jagex?
  15. I plan to kill stuff weak to magic like Black Demons and metals Whats the average cost of magic xp/gp for polypore? I runecraft most of the runes I use except for Bloods which I don't have the level for yet Checking out staff of light if polypore is too expensive for xp/gp ratio Btw I have 88 Magic
