  1. Great articles all around  !! A slight off topic.. With the new format of several articles a week, why are they still mostly limited to articles from tip it staff, and player submissions are only rarely displayed? I for one love reading letters, and would love to have 5-6 to read instead of 3-4 : Anywho, I wanted to respond quickly (or not  ) to the Skilling Heights article. Several things... As someone else said, high level content is usually something different, and in this case there are a great many ways mining could work well with the construction skill. First off.. I would love to be able to mine marble, or a new type of pliable gold (for gold leaf), but if Jagex still wants to keep their ridiculous prices in order to "fix the economy" then we could have new things.. For example white gold.. As a fancy replacement for normal gold leaf, or other precious metals to customize our houses with. Also... You missed a couple... But I'm going to concentrate on (you guessed it, sorry for ranting on folks..) Construction! Yes I know construction has a bunch of high level things already, but by my calculations... the only time construction ever really had an update was most recent construction update was when they introduced the Wintumber tree... Big woop :wall: The thing I think is missing most in it is the ability to decorate your house the way you choose... Right now you can choose between normal cheap ugly stuff.. or fancy expesive (sometimes pretty) stuff. I think that there are many ways that you could add new high level content just within the bounds of helping the construction skill. Once again folks, I apologize for going on with this, but I think there are many ways we can make skills better.. Just by thinking outside the box (preferably starting with construction of course  )
  2. Awesome guide! I usually forgo the most efficient method in order to train on mosters that drop stuff, but this guide would be a great help if I ever decided to try chinning. The math segment was also rather interesting. even if my grade 9 math class didn't really prepare me to understand it  . Anyway, nice job,and gratz on 200m range xp!
  3. Awesome guide! I'm going to have to use some of these tips in making my dungeon, as I already have the rest of my house planned out! Here's my house design if you're interested... It took me a while to come up with it with all the right doors, and I designed it not so much for functionality, but for design... ( Throne Room ) _____________)________________(____________________ ( ) Workshop ) Formal Garden ( Portal Chamber ( ) _____________________________________________________________________________________ ( ( Normal ) Formal ) Parlor ) Formal ) Garden ( Garden ( Costume Room ( Garden ) ) ( _______________________________________________________________________________________ ) ( ( Portal Study ( Chapel ) Formal ) Chamber ) ( Garden ( ____________________________________________________________________ ) ) ) Quest ( Dining ( Kitchen ( Hall ) Room ) ) Lol, its not perfect... But not bad for a quick schetch.... Keep in mind that all the rooms in italics would make a courtyard, and the rest would be off of that. I also have an upstairs off my quest hall, and it has 2 bedrooms, a games room, cb room, and skill hall. Thanks for reading, if anyone knows an easier way to make a pic of my house... PLEASE LET ME KNOW :wall:  Edit: Dang... well, that didn't work....
  4. The God Wars letter was terrific.. It seems like much research went into it, and it's quite helpful in understanding a bit of the history of Runescape. The fictional article about the imp was quite interesting, and rather funny  it also had a surprising ending! The guide to a pet rock was a very unique and cretive letter, and was a very entertaining read. The guest articles were also terrific! I thought the "What's the point" article was interesting, but it doesn't relate to me, as I have a rather short attencion span for anything I do not find entertaining : My favorite was probably the "Riches to rags" article, because I am an avid fan of construction, and have been slowly leveling it up when I have a few million gp to spend ;) So I'd like to say a big thank-you to all the writers of these articles, because you have given me something to do on a boring Sunday evening, when I should be studying for exams :wall: BTW- The new "did you know" format is awesome! =D> \
  5. YAY! =D> \ I used to anxiously wait for the one article we got every week, now we get four! Anyway, I quite liked the "The Joy of a Quest" article, bthe Probability and the History one were also interesting. I'm not a huge fan of fictional articles usually, but as long as we still get another main topic, it makes a good extra read
  6. Happy Birthday! I didn't know a lot of this stuff, really cool :
  7. Nice guide! Very simple, lots of pictures and it gets the message accross. I noticed one or two things that could be changed. First of all, it would be nice to add a section about what you should have in your inventory (p pots, Jennica's ring, alching runes, ect...) And secondly, I noticed that in your ranged equipment section you listed the Attractor as being better than the Accumulator, when the Accumulator is actually better... Other than that, it's a great guide!
  8. Not bad... I might try this some time!
  9. Runescape Name: Y2k949 P2P Cool idea, I'm nowhere near the top im sure, but still sounds fun!
  10. Ok, thanks! If you want to see my RSOF thread on this problem use this quick find code: 24-25-744-57348867
  11. Darn.. Ok thanks, I think I'll post a suggestion on the RSOF about that (even though I'm sure many have tried already).
  12. I was wondering... When you're in your POH and you click the button that says "expell guests" does it get rid of everyone in your house? Or does it give you the option to simply expell one person, or one roomful of people?
  13. I finished the quest. I think that it fits with the quest storyline, and seems quite similar to the way that the spirits talked before they were strengthened. If anyone wants to go after they're done the quest to see if the voices have changed you might notice something.
