RuneScape Information

  1. Man, when Stormveritas was going through his routine (Do new quest, continue with slayer grind), I felt like we were the same person. Then at the end about the long journey pock-marked with goals, again I felt it was me. I always have about 3 goals going for myself at all times. Right now, it's to have all skills 70+, Slayer to 83, and have 90 att, str and def. And I'm getting close to all of them.
  2. When I heard this I just thought of all the epic quests with long story lines. I came up with two that I think would be awesome to add to the sequels. The Mourning's End series and the Myreque series. Seeing as we got a sequel to the Myreque more recently with the Legacy of Seergaze and the addition of the blood altar. I believe the next one will be about Mourning's End. I have been looking forward to a peek at the Elven City for a long time so I'm really hoping it's Mourning's End 3. Also I think it's cool how the two longest series in Runescape have released new Runecrafting altars. Mabey an eventual sequel to WGS will also bring a Soul Altar.
  3. This is going to be the most fun quest ever!!=D!! I just need 2 herb and farm lvls to do it! Any tips on how to get 2 herb lvls fast?
  4. I have spent the last 15-20 minutes reading your findings and might I say you have done a great job discovering everything about this topic and organized it very well! I am attracted to all that kind of cool stuff related to the history of RS and I too await the quest coming out about the Dragonkin. I only hope that I can do the quest as I am not that well oriented to combat. I am more of a quester and skiller =\. I look forward to any new information that comes out on this topic and I hope you do more things like this in the future. In terms of my thoughts on the Dragonkin, I find that the discoveries of their symbols in the wildy are very interesting and possibly that their western fortress would be found in the Elven capitol somewhere. If the Dragonkin were around in the first age, it is entirely plausible that the elves, like Drakaan, found the remnants of the fortress and built around it. Or it could be somewhere near the GWD and trolls, idk but my bet is on the Elves.
  5. I completly agree with the author. I started playing about 3 months after RS2 came out. I also remember the winter (I think it was winter) Slayer came out for members and that pushed me to pay the extra $5 a month. I started members at about lvl 49 that summer. The GWD update didn't affect me much, none of the combat-based updates have really. The thing that hit me the hardest was the Grand Exchange and trading limits. I was part of a tab making business and made around 10M off of that. With the loss of the unbalanced trade that helped the workers get their mage lvl up, the company shut down. I still tabbed on my own in my house until prices plummeted. Recently I have been fishing for my money to buy the great armors of old, Barrows dragon and whatnot). I have amassed quite a bit of wealth but I still wish the great team I had back before the trade updates happened was still around. To help affirm the author. We skillers and skill-combat hybrids are still around, it takes a bit more than a few sour updates to make us leave.
  6. ÃÆââ¬Å¡Ãâõ Lol thank god u mention it, i should get my bank cleaned up:p it would be awesome to be able to give people crabs ROFL CAN'T WAIT ANY LONGERRRR ~Prozac~ EDIT: The cover of the book looks like something tree-ish.Any ideas? it would be awesome to be able to give people crabs ROFL Addressing the tree comment, I believe that summoning may have something to do with the gnomes. It might suggest that you need to finish The Grand Tree quest in order to start Wolf Whistle, or you may jsut have to start the quest in the grand tree. It makes no difference to me.
  7. Their mascot is a Gecko though. Mabey the Gecko went over for soem tea and crumpets :P
  8. Mabey he saved 15% or more on his car insurance and doesn't want ne1 to find out
  9. I also believe that if you line those all up it shows the amount of experience players need for a 99 skill, the larger numbers that is
  10. Also on the To-do list I noticed soem lines and dots mabey those represent an anagram of some sort, but I've never been good at those...
  11. Well The whistle thing is most likely a wolf since Jagex has already released that the quest will be called "Wolf Whistle" And perhaps the runes in the sudoku thing relate Ali to summoning or those represent that we will need runes to summon things especially since there is a box with 2 death runes (Not allowed in Sudoku).
  12. That was a good read, I for one look for a good storyline in a quest. I hardly ever did a quest just for rewards. I think the only quest I did for rewards was Desert Treasure for the magicks. All the quests I've done (all but Scabaras) I have enjoyed the storylines and read all the chat boxes in hopes of some witty comments and some hints at future quests. I also read through the chat boxes to here more about the unfolding plot in the quest. I cannot wait for the new additions to the Biohazard series.
  13. I know I'm taking that post way too seriously but if you are going to make a joke make it believeable, right? Tornadoes cannot happen over hilly or mountainous areas.
  14. *Examines Gravestone and Queen plays* Bow-Bow-Bow Another One Bites the Dust!
  15. Not sure if ths hidden or already mentioned but when u smith iron ore with the new Varrok armor, from the diary, when u smith 2 bars at once it only uses one charge from your ring of forging.
