  1. Mage has long been dead as a solo combat skill, it's more of a secondary skill now. For example, if you are pking, you take ranged and some barrages. You only use barrages to hold your opponent in place, then the rest of the fight you shoot them. And let's not forget the absurd cost of runes etc, it's just way too impractical.
  2. ASAP, it makes everything alot easier.
  3. Scope, lol, I never said anything against people who got 99 cooking before the cook x option, I simply said Thieving has lost respect due to the ease of the skill now. I wasn't disrespecting other peoples opinion, I was just pointing it out.
  4. Construction is lame because all you do is stand in one place, it's basically a more expensive version of Cooking or Fletching. Skills like Runecrafting, Farming, Slayer and Agility are all skills that are actually challenging to get. Other skills that are bought like Herblore, Smithing, Crafting etc are repsected too, but only because they take both effort to buy the supplies and take a long time to get up. Also, I have noticed Thieving is starting to lose its respect because of Pyramid Plunder. This disappoints me as alot of people, including myself, got 99 thieving with no Pyramid Plunder, where it was ALOT harder to get. Fletching and Cooking are capes that most people would only bother getting to trim another cape, and to be honest, if I got 99 Cooking or Fletching I wouldn't waste the money and bankspace to buy the capes.
  5. I have 1 million needles, catch up :D Grats mate, get strength and that up now :)
  6. Didn't take me long, bandits are your friend: That got me to 123 combat, my biggest ever goal. Now for 126
  7. Accumulators pick up everything except chinchompas and crystal bow arrows, so you can use that and save alot.
  8. You shoot an arrow straight forward, although it is so powerful and fast that it goes all the way around the world and flies into the back of your skull. Oh dear, you are dead.
  9. I got my 1st ever dragon drop which was a square in early 2005 whern they were worth MILLIONS, but I'll never sell it. It's my most sentimental item and I'd trade my bank for it. I only ever wear it on occasions like parties etc. People are too greedy nowadays.
  10. my stats got wiped :( see my post, started in 2002
  11. I've been playing since early 2002, and I played regularly til RS2 came out. After RS2 came out, I decided to switch over, so I played it for a bit and found it better. About a month later (not exactly sure, too long ago) I decided to log back in to RSC for a bit. When I did this, I noticed something horrific. My RSC stats, 82(ish) combat and a fairly high total level had been wiped. Now all I have on it is 2 attack :( This post has no real point, just to grieve about my stats that I was so proud of in RSC being wiped. P.S. my friend C00lfrog2 started playing around the same time as me and did the same thing as I did, but his stats are still there, level 60 with all his stats. :( I wish I could get them back, but Jagex don't deal in that stuff any more. Any one else had experiences like this?
  12. VERY nice, I plan on getting 99 agility after my combat goals (Y)
