  1. Welcome to Runescape. Disturbing but tidy.
  2. I'd just like any cape because they look great. And seeing one on somebody commands a lot of respect.
  3. Which slayer master do you go to usually for tasks? Chaeldar How long does each task set usually take to do? Anywhere from 30 minutes to 2 hours What do you do or use to complete your tasks? I melee most tasks, so full rune with beserker helm, dragon scimmy, mith boots, legends cape, glory and wealth. I heal with monkfish. What is the best drop you've gotten from your slayers tasks? Multiple rune scimmies from Fire Giants, level 3 clue from Jelly which led to a zamorak page and multiple rune items.
  4. The only problem with Ice Giants are the stupid Ice Warriors. They will always attack you before giants, even if you click a giant. I've had up to 6 warriors lined up to attack me as each of them die. :wall: If you can last until they stop being aggressive, then it's easy to range the giants in peace.
  5. I started a character in 2004 (my tip.it username!) sometime before the yo-yo drop. I lost interest in the game early 2005, then made a new character (my current one, Chemchord) later in 2005. So I've always been on RS2 and I've had this account for about 1.5 years.
  6. I should make a username named after my car. I'll call it HyundAccent.
  7. Whenever I go farming, I always forget to leave my tools with the leprachaun when I'm done. So next time I go, I always go to the patch with just seeds, find out my tools are at the bank, go back to the bank, withdraw all the tools but forget a spade, run back and forth again, then finally plant the stupid seeds. I then forget to use the leprachaun and the cycle continues...
  8. Lots of defender hate here...yet I'm always defender and the healers never call out what food to drop, so it's not just defenders that can be negligent.
  9. I seem to have bad luck with the horn. I was in the defender role on two different teams, and BOTH teams had 2 healers, and not a single healer EVER called their horn unless I followed them around asking them to. I was then blamed for giving the wrong food to the runners. I wonder why...
  10. My favorite is "Village" (the Canifis theme). It's just so creepy and sets the mood really well. I also like Sojourn (Trollheim music) and Saga (South of Relekka). The latter of those two always make the place seem so much farther away for some reason. I like it.
  11. I was mining coal in the guild when I got a genie random. I used the lamp to get farming exp, and as it happened, it was enough exp to level up my farming, so my chatbox said: You swing your pick at the rock... You manage to mine some coal. Congratulations! You have just increased a farming level! I think I'm gonna go see if mining mithril will increase my cooking now.
  12. First of all, I ran a few searches and could not find a single topic devoted to this idea. If there's already one, please direct me to it. My idea is pretty simple. I completed Monkey Madness not too long ago, and as most people know pretty much everything in that quest is poisonous. There were times when I didn't even know I had been poisoned until I saw the green splotch. That got me thinking -- what happens if you, by chance, miss the message in the chat box which says that you're poisoned? It's not about being careless. If your chat box is busy (during a quest for example), the message would be hard to catch, and it could end up being too late. My solution to this problem is this: when you get poisoned, an indicator will appear in the bottom-right corner of the screen (and if you're in the Wilderness, it will appear just above the Wilderness level icon). The indicator would be something like a smaller wilderness icon, but green, and obviously it would go away when you drink antidote or the poison wears off. It just seems like a logical thing to have implemented in the game. Any comments would be much appreciated!
  13. You can carry around about 200-300 kg of platebodies yet not fall over from the weight. No matter where you're standing, you can bury bones. Imagine lifting up the floorboards in your bedroom and finding thousands of skeletons?
  14. Jellies, Basilisks, Bloodvelds and Fire Giants. Good exp, good drops, and there are usually nice people to talk to at those locations. :)
