RuneScape Information

  1. If it works in the wildy, then I would use the second option at the gold rocks north-east of Brimhaven until I got 85 mining. Then switch to the first option at the Rune rocks in the wildy. I see a rev, can quickly tele out of there. Although I also agree that it is something that should never be implemented for overcrowding reasons.
  2. Just a thought, but I think the Mahjarrat (spelling?) quest will come out this month. Think about it. In the "Behind the Scenes", they stated that there will be a wilderness quest. Where is the wilderness... north, and where are the Mahjarrat meeting... in the north. Just a thought though.
  3. I believe that I fit into the skilling for money category the best, but I do not believe that it is as simple as that. The main skill that I train is smithing, but I mine my ores. So I end up getting the Mining skill up, so that I can get the Smithing skill up. So I skill to skill some more, instead of skilling for money. In the long run, I end up getting money, but it was not the original purpose. That's just my two cents though.
  4. That paragraph there explains why i will always respect and trust what JaGeX are doing as no company cuts their profits without a reason. Numbers of players playing also seem to be on the rise aswell. When i logged in yesterday around 4pm GMT world 99 had 1450 players in it, havnt seen it like that in a while. So True, So True. that quote is when jagex truly gained full respect. Before I respected them for there skill (what they have done with Java), now I respect them for how they act (code of honour) which is a much greater thing to be respected for.
  5. Even though I doubt they will make any more f2p skill, if they were going to make any skill f2p they would make fletching. like it has been stated, range is the only one that can't make its own supplies. Also there are already most of the trees there, they would just have to add in maple trees, which f2p can already use in firemaking. they would also have to add in a flax field and change the smith code to allow arrowheads up to addy for f2p, and boom f2p fletching. Herblore is plausible, but it is much less likely to be added in, which is saying alot considering they probably won't be adding anything in. With f2p herblore you would be able to make a couple of the potions. They would just have to make Taverly f2p and for adding the herbs they could make the edgville dungeon wilderness f2p. There really isn't that much stuff that is "members" exclusive to the dungeon except the obelisks for staff crafting, But the staff crafting spell is members only anyway so they wouldn't need to change anything. That's just my oppinion. (would have never thought about this though, so thanks to the thread creater)
  6. yes, i do beleive that miniclip brought in a lot of younger, less mature people, but it also brought in a lot of more mature people too. it brought in even amounts of both. personaly I can't be mad at them, because my real life friends and I are all Miniclip "noobs". most of the people from the miniclip time that were acting all "in your face" are gone, but when they had been here for a while and still acting all "kung fo" they influenced the new RuneScapians to act all "in your face" too. so in conclusion I beleive that MiniClip is partly to blame, but it is only a small percentage of the small problem.
  7. a couple million coal would be nice (also a couple million genie lamps [lol]).
  8. most of the time I had left it on during C wars or something and it would annoy the crap out of me, but there was one time T had a t trail and I was going to Edgville and boom, a mage team comes out and I get like 2 hp left, then the ring of life saves me and it had a black plate (g) and some runes in it. \
  9. ok, here I go, duh duh duh duhnnnnn. It is cleared!!!!!!!!! I already feel better inside =) (= =) (= =) (= O:)
  10. wow, this would be amazing for a Cape. Totally wosome.
  11. to trade 1 mill using that method would take 333.3 repetant trades, and you can only do 1 3k trade an hour. meaning 111.1 repetan hours, meaning 5 days (4.629) of constantly trading every hour for 5 days straight. the RWT would probably be banned before it was complete.
  12. if you drop cheese here, i will love you but not know it =)
  13. the reason that i still play is because even though there are no pkers, no one to buy the fish i catch, or the people who would buy the wood i cut (to make bows [to sell to pkers{i know most alched but whatever}]), or the people who get money from killing me (pkers) is because there is still a community. the community is one of the reasons RS became popular in the first place. i have already seen the community improve, few jerky pures challenging to fight people, people helping others, talking. i play for the community. as it was said in the farsala trilogy "when the world is kicked, all you can do is ride the waves." it means that when there is great change, all you can do go through it and hope it was for the better.
  14. they said it would proportionally increase to a max of 30k (at least this is how i remember reading it) once all of the quest were complete. this gives mixed signals because it says proportionally (meaning same amount for every qp) and they say a max [meaning maximum (duh...)], so only jagex would know. :-k. also it really is an ingenious to use qp for the limit because most (not all, but most) bots are f2p, meaning 39 qp at max.
