Hello everyone, it's been awhile! Quick question for all of you. I'm taking an HTML5 class right now and I am in charnge of creating a web site for a student group at my university (all of the web pages got deleted) and I have to start from scratch. I want the general layout to be something along these lines (it's what the old one was like)
Obviously those colors won't stay, but I want to be able to keep the color sceme going. I also want to be able to have my text stay in the purple section and my navigation bar on the left side. If anyone has any suggestions on a different layout, I'm all ears!
Thank you to everyone to decides to reply!
EDIT: I should probably mention that my question is how do I go about doing this? Is it all within my CSS file or would it be in the HTML?
Here's the story. My sister has an iPhone 5c (iOS 7.1.2). She came home Tuesday and said it wasn't working. It couldn't connect to the wireless network (we have Verizon). I looked and the modem firmware was missing (it was blank, I can only assume it was missing). I made a backup to her laptop, restarted it, turned airplane mode on/off, the whole 9 yards. The next logical step was to upgrade the OS. I downloaded it and started the upgrade. Now it won't do anything. iTunes will stop and says that "an unknown error occurred (16)". All that shows up now is the iTunes logo when you first turn a new phone on. My parents are going to take it to an Apple store tomorrow, since I can't figure it out. What can I do to fix this? I want to figure this out so my sister can have her phone again.
Quick question: I'm planning on finally upgrading my Macbook Pro (late 2011) to Yosemite from Lion. I back my laptop up via Time Machine. What if I upgrade to Yosemite and don't like it, how can I revert back to Lion? Also, a fear of mine is what if while updating something happens and my files become corrupt? How could I restore my laptop back to my latest back up? I've never upgraded OSX and am new to this. Thanks in advance for any answers.
I'm wondering how I can have one hard drive and be able to choose from one of multiple operating systems to boot? I just bought a 1TB hard drive and I want to be able to install 4 operating systems on it. What are the steps on going about doing this? I'm working on installing Windows 7 on it right now. What are the next steps for the other 3 operating systems?
