If you go ingame in another world then log out, when you log into a world again you'll be in the waiting room. So use this to get into whatever team you want to be on.

Hi, I'll bring as many Castle Wars Finest members as are online - we should be able to pull about 20 members and I'm sure most if not all will be on Tip.Its team for this.
