  1. I like the Lacuna Coil music at the beginning :D And dance scenes in it  Good luck.
  2. I think he got lucky :) --- I don't really think about it, same principles apply to real life anyway, what with things such as the lottery, and the very minimal possibility of Bill Gates coming to my door and giving me all of his $$$.
  3. They say this is animation pack 1, so I could only assume we see changes to other weapons and the animations they use in the future? (Such as the SGS etc) Loving the look of the new whip, and I would also love the look of the d scim a bit more, if only it wasn't held up in the air like it is. But yeah, the look they gave these weapons simply look awesome, especially in HD. Cool update. Jagex
  4. Thanks both of you :) I will be risking 10k in my next game and will talk to the sergeant ASAP :)
  5. I have read some people say that they get 20k in winnings from the game? How? :( I just went and raged, killing 16 units, but I never get more than 5k in reward, no matter what I do. Another question (sorry :P) How do you become a Junior Cadet?
  6. I love the new style they have been going for, it feels a bit web2.0 in terms of look :P It's new, fresh, nothing I can complain about :) Sure it takes some getting used to, but so does any update.
  7. I was just thinking about the latest interface graphic changes they have done. I guess it's safe to assume that other areas like the prayer icons, and stat icons will get modified to right? to fit in with the theme that they have started with making everything look crisp and modern.
  8. Is there anyway to select more than one unit at a time? This is getting very tedious having to click one, move the map, attack, then go back to the start to collect my next batch.
  9. This is the first mini-game that I am actually enjoying. A LOT! It's such a new take and feel for Runescape, and I think they have managed to pull it off :)
  10. Yes! This (in my opinion anyway) is coming across as a brilliant update!! Something else for us to wait for also :D
  11. I bought 100 Onyx rings +6 all combat stats cept str, cmon! theyre 220k aswell.. it'll be like new zerker. You know it says you have to use a MA enchantment it is going to take forever for 100 rings. :l I think he bought them because they're probably going to be going up in price because of this update. LMAO you brought 100 rings of stone not 100 onyx rings. I didn't realise you could buy rings of stone :o! I wasted 2million buying onyx ring to make a ring of stone back in the day :( but yeah, I am now also LMAO'ing at what just happened with you buying 100 of them :D
  12. Ohh I just realised from the frame pictures, that we will now be able to have notes in game? That is so cool!!!! :D And Peregrine, I believe the red box might be the quest kit? (Quest kits are a one-slot container for items you often need in quests, such as rope, chisels, lamps and tinderboxes.) Not sure about the other thing though :D EDIT: What Kietaro1 said :)
  13. Wow!!! I can't wait to play this. The whole Age of Empires feel to this minigame seems great! Reading over the article it looks like it will be enjoyable, Unlock new scenarios? New teleports? New cloth items? *shakes from excitement*
  14. Yeah I heard that too... If I recall it was to do with the old SwiftSwitch program, because that allowed people to force them self onto a world, and thus world-hop with ease. The switcher was what Jagex didn't like. (For some reason I also remember an old version that had an auto-talker and macro clicker... EDIT: Never mind, that was instead in a program called Elite Switch, looked exactly the same; Make sure you stay away from this one!) But then they changed it to SwiftKit, and this was accepted by Jagex because it didn't breach any rules and followed their guidelines. Runescape Official Client Swift Kit Tiko Tip.it Firefox Plugin I have used them all and assure their safety, just get them from the proper website. I personally use Swift Switch these days however, only because it's the only client I got working under Wine in Linux. :x Just don't forget to SCAN :)
  15. If you download it from the official source, then yes, it's fairly damn safe :) I used to use it back in my Windows days, and I found it to be a very good tool to use. Your slow down question is totally dependant on what spec machine you are running. But I have had it working fine and in HD with only 512MB RAM and an old graphics card. But, if you are still unsure of its safety, then you might be interested in the web based alternatives out there. tip.it offer a plug-in for Firefox, and Zybez are have something called Tiko, which is pretty much the same as Swiftkit, however it is run within the web browser itself.
