It's been about 41 hours since I've been muted and the mute has been lifted. I hadn't logged in for the past ~18 hours so I don't know how long I've been unmuted. Jagex has not sent me any kind of message so I'm still clueless. Honestly I'm furious about that. They can't even send a simple apology? This is horrendous customer support and this just makes me want to quit this game. They don't even have a way to contact them besides their RSOF, and basically [bleep] their terrible forums. Whatever PMod did this deserves to lose their powers, but of course that isn't going to happen.
