I was wondering how well rangers are able to hit through melee armour at say lvl 90 range +. Can high lvl rangers hit consistantly through melee armours such as barrows armour and bandos armour? Any opinions are great appreciated.

Hello all. I have been away from runescape for 2 or 3 years now and I have thought about coming back to for a while. I was wondering which form of combat you guys feel is best in pvp as of right now? I know melee has its great armour along with godswords and whatnot, while ranged has crossbows and other dangerous weapons, and magic has ancients. Which form is most effective against the other two? If I were to focus on melee I would use a godsword/barrows armour, for ranged I would go with void/dark bow, and for magic I would go with ancients. Opinions please?

For a couple of weeks I've been trying to decided what form of combat I should focus on. 99 range, void, maybe some armadyl or 99 in melee stats, bandos, and some kind of gs. What do you think is better?

If someone walked up to you and said dark bow, what would come to your mind? Are you a fan or do you hate it? It specials are incredible and are not to be underestimated. Now with the fall of pvp protect item, not as many people will be dark bowing in my opinion. What do you think is the fate of the mighty dark bow?

Is the extra damage really that noticeable on void?

For everyday use doing things such as aviansies, metal dragons, dueling, and so on. Which is a better armour to use Void or Armadyl?

I was f2p for a long time and i felt the same as you, i just decided that members was worth it when it came to training. Really its not that expensive. good luck in f2p :thumbup:

What armour should a range/ancienter pking use? say like 82 mage for ice blitz + like 90 range. I would be using a magic shortbow and rune arrows and ice blitz. I was thinking the ghost robes from that miniquest but im not sure. Thanks

Say your walking through a pvp world and in one direction you see a player in full void with a dark bow, and in the other direction you see a player in full ahrims with an ancient staff. Which of these 2 players would you be more worried to run into?

While pking, whats the best armour to wear when using range? not sure if it should be full dhide or if i should where a some rune items. Help please
