365 days divided by 12 months = 30.41 days per month average, so as long as your a member for an entire year then there is no problem... Basic math.

When I was f2p, I used to kill any sorta giants and bury the bones. On my way to getting 70 range and 70 melees I naturally accumulated 60 prayer. My suggestion however is to do whatever you can to make the maximum amount of money that you can, and then just buy the bones.

The Scroll of Life has a 10% chance of receiving your seed back, 6 herb runs is a very small scale test, and it doesn't surprise me that you didn't see any benefits. AFAIK there is no in game message when it has recovered a seed back for you.

I think you would be better training defense by it's self through slayer/AZ's and then camping waterfiends or bursting lobs for the required charms. I don't imagine it would be very efficient trying to do both at the same time, unless you were of course training it through slayer which is what I recommend. :thumbup:

He's not asking what is better, he's asking between dragon plate or dragon chain which is better. I like the plate myself but thats me. probably the best way to decide which to get is compare the stats of the 2 and decide using that. No he didn't ask if anything was better then dragon, but we are still answering his question by advising him to save his money and buy something better. Barrows is going to be your best choice, better def stats and saves you money to use on other things IE skills.

It is estimated to have an increase of 10% in cutting speed, and just like the other comments, you can always sell it back. So why not use the best tool that you can?

I think the three best skills to invest money in are going to be, Range, Prayer, Summoning, and Herblore (not necessarily in that order). With a high range level you might be able to make it into some GWD teams. Higher prayer is nice, because SS and Turmoil makes everything so much easier. Yaks makes camping DKS and other places very profitable. I would honestly suggest bursting rock lobs to collect charms as well as getting epic magic and hp xp, and with the remaining money using it to chin, seems to be the most bang for your buck. :thumbup: EDIT: Just realized you already had 99 mage...

You aren't going to get that one drop that will make you rich, but slayer provides a fairly steady amount of income with decent drops. You are also leveling multiple skills at once which is the biggest bonus for me, might as well train slayer if you are going to be doing combat. The real pure money is going to come from doing Dailies and Farm runs, those alone can net you a few million per day.

Usually Slayer is recommended if you are going to be training combat (might as well level multiple skills right?), but another option is you could kill flesh crawlers or ankous in the SOS those have some reasonable drops/xp and would be easy enough at your current levels/gear. Other then that the usual low leveled, high hp monsters: Rock Crabs, Yaks, Experiments etc... P.S. Make sure you are doing some farming runs too!

I usually pick out a certain quest that I would like to accomplish (usually because of the rewards) and then do the quests that are required for it. Also picking a certain quest line and doing all the quests in that line seems to be a good idea. Even if it means grinding one quest a day, you will slowly start crossing them off the list and next thing you know you'll have most of them done.

Like LitterBug said, only you will be able to answer that question for yourself. Everybody works at a different pace/attention span. Why not do a little bit of both? After all it can get a little repetitive to sit there and cut yews all day... I like to mix things up and do a little bit of everything.

Seconded. Thirded Fourthded? I found that doing a combination of slayer and farming was very profitable, as well as eliminated the grinding feel that slayer can sometimes have.

Use the money on getting 70 prayer instead. :thumbsup: D Def is going to be better 90% of the time, especially at level 90 def you really aren't going to need much defense.

Why not train both mage/range and hp at the same time by doing combat? Seems kinda silly to avoid leveling HP and then playing SW/PC to level it up later...
