Never heard of a summoning tank before to be honest.... =) But your stats seem good, I suggest getting a cheaper setup to be honest (unless your loaded) Barrows and DFS is way to expensive and it will hurt you lots when you die (which is inevitable)

I suggest taking it to a repair shop. It will be very hard for anybody to help you over the internet like this without even having access to the charger/phone itself.

Nomad is very strong but I dont think that improves the quality of the quest in any way. Well.. maybe slightly.

I use camtasia studio but remember to save as .avi. Also if you want to lagg reduce the recording frame rate =)

RSC is nothing compared to modern day runescape. If you only play RSC you are missing out on a lot of content.
