  1. What Kassie said, try Lth. However, please know we DO use audio, but we can usually accomodate by calling in cc as well.
  2. JaGex didn't really hurt it to me as much as they changed the way we do things. CWA was always a cool idea imo and we didn't even have to wait a full year until PKRIs' were once again possible but ultimately we shot ourselves in the foot(feet). In order to adapt to CWA we made all these player rules like bounds, caps, and so forth and if a clan broke these rules then...get ready for a flame war. This in turn lead to hostility in fan sites. Massive flame posts, calling outs, and if i remember correctly Sal's clan discussion died because members rebelled against it and made a fail copy. Long story short: We sucked at adapting.
  3. What is something you like about the clan above you?Really active clan. What clan are you in?Lethality
  4. What does your clan do to recover from slumps? What actions do YOU take? We normaly try to recruit. TBH Lth only slumps if the "best of the best" leave(as in long standing members). How well does your clan perform when your are slumping? How quickly can you recover? Badly. Even though we have great leadership we also have members with key roles in wars and if they quit then those roles go unmanned. It takes a while to recover. What (in your opinion) is the best method/actions to take on recovering from slumping? Boosting moral. Boosted moral increases activity and that increases recruitment. To me, recruitment isn't from drives but the influence a clan has in communities like these, such as active warring and friendly members. IMHO I don't think Lth handles slumps very well. We lost some of our "best of the best" some time ago and are still recovering. We dropped from a 30 average pull to a 20 average pull and our leaders not only took us off TWR but we were considering community. Eventually our leaders decided to close down Lth altogether but from member out cry new leaders were selected and we are still running. A sad and corny story I know...I'm waiting for Bravehero to reply to this post with "cool story bro". :ohnoes:
  5. I would be ok with it. For all the people who complain about free members getting p2p assets and then bring up the $6 a mo., why complain? Lets compare members and free for a moment... Members have many more quests Much better items Pretty much 60% more game area More skills and much more... Who cares if f2p can have skill capes? Honestly, if a f2p player can get a 99 in completely f2p then they deserve one stupid cape.
  6. Lol, why did you even come into that arguement? From what I see it was you who came in on him and if Mc was the one who stole the spot and you defended Mc for that then technicaly that makes you the noob in this story.
  7. Botting has and always will be against the rules and I personaly don't care if all the sites are closed down.
  8. Caveman A discovers fire while Caveman B freezes and calls Caveman A a cheater Abel's sacrafice is much better than Cain's so Cain calls Abel a cheater...then kill him Player A finds a simple way to use his mouse and Player B finds it cheating. Get the pattern?
  9. As a former sniper and fellow Lth member, I must say the following: 1.) Do you actually like this idea? It's a nice idea, but I don't really agree with it 2.) Would you consider using it in one of your clan wars?no 3.) What do you like most about this idea?I like the balance factor, but I will explain more below. 4.) What would you change, if anything?read below 5.) Anything else?Look down... This idea is a nice one because snipers can turn a war around and with horribly miss-matched wars, it would better even the playing field. However, snipers can largly influence a clan's warring, but the war itself is not decided on the snipers them selves. First off, although the % proposal is interesting, I would only see it be used in significant effect durring horribly miss-matched full out wars, and those can not only be quite rare, but the much larger clan can still overpower the smaller, sniperless or not. Second, lets say the larger clan(described in my above scenario)have lvl 90s and the smaller clan has lvl 120s(for example:Lethality vs. Ancient Legion), this would hinder the larger clan even though the larger one already has the level hinderance, and could leave the larger, though indeed larger, open to a mass slaughtering. Third and so far last I can think of, the current sniper rules are them selves broken on a regular basis. I have seen too many mass snipes because a clan decided to get ahead the crooked way and add more snipers. If this rule is put into effect, it will magnefy the confusion greatly thus causing chaos not only durring, but also before the war, with both sides arguing over their math(odd numbers=fractions, round up or down? this alone can cause a war in and of itself). In conclusion, Mikey, I find your proposal a nice and fresh new idea, but also largly un-needed and ineffective. However, I encourage you to think of more ideas to propose because after all, the world's greatest minds were once thought of as fools.
  10. How will you be remembered in your clan?? As Lth's #1 trial member Why?Because trials for life. Would you change why they remember you?Maybe for the title "Lth's #1 full member"
  11. It was a fun war, so I don't mind if we decide wether it was a win, lose, or tie for LTH.
  12. I'm pretty sure if the guy is on his knees then it counts.
