  1. I've never gotten a 99, but I feel the same way about grind ing for quest requisites. Right now , I'm working towards wgs, and it's actually kinda fun running around getting potion ingredients.
  2. How does the hunted play their role properly without running. Seriously, it at least gives them a few extra charges before they die.
  3. Just live with its existence. It's justifiable if you're complaining about something getting in the way of something you enjoy, but it just makes you look like a whiner if you complain about something you don't need to care about to do everything you did before.
  4. No one said this, and if you think that is what the rant is about, you are an idiot. He's saying it's better to make money and spend it than to get the stuff you are buying yourself if you have a higher leftover cash pile after you have what you're looking for.
  5. If anything the constitution update made it BETTER to train. More accurate numbers = more accurate exp. Also, big numbers FTW! Why release such a pointless update unless you were changing something along with it? Jagex should have held off until they actually got the new stuff ready. Right now constitution is just fail and jagex is only hurting themselves in the long run with these updates. Didn't they add shattered heart in the same update?
  6. Heh. That is the most likely reason. Why do the social expectations of society have to carry over into video games?
  7. I like complexity.......... Runescape is cool because you can really play it at any level of complexity you want.
  8. I lol'd irl. For the last time, 'lols' mean nothing. You cant just laugh at someone in the middle of a debate insisting that they are wrong and expect to win the argument. All it does it make you look like a self-righteous [wagon]. Exhibiting the need to attack others to prove a point is a blatant sign of weakness. Obviously I assume too much when I assume that others have good common sense on this thread. I am loling sarcastically because this post is so sarcaStic (or the poster is just stupid) because useless/pointless updates are released all the time by jamflex. Just going to post the biggest most recent example: Constitution (self explanitory really, but assuming people have my common sense will land me getting flamed tbh.) Useless update that still pisses me off to this day. 10 year olds love big numbers. Do we need more 10 year olds playing runescape? No. Jagex stated that they would put some new stuff in with new hp, hasent happened yet. If you are going to change something, at least make it better, not worse. Btw, i'm a big fan of common sense :). But the 'Constitution' update certainly didn't make anything worse and was HP in a bad state already? For some of the oldies alike me, it was a bit odd at first and apparently or so i'm told Runescape is heading towards, in similarity, to World of Warcraft - which is a bad thing, or so i'm told. As far as all this complaining over the constitution update goes It has had little to no effect on gameplay!

If you are going to change something, at least make it better, not worse. it makes almost no difference to game play. now we should stop feeding the troll :shame: I'll feed a troll if I can get some entertainment out of the argument.
  10. I have to ask, why do you start doing something you don't want to do?
  11. When that happens, i just run out with nada and try to get others to pile the ancients. Get retribution on, it'll probably hit something.
  12. If you create a rant, people will argue with it.
  13. I liked getting 99 agility. I'd think most people who have it did. I hope training agil stays fun for me.........
  14. Try safespotting any monster. All they will do is simply moonwalk out of the spot, and possibly move out of attacking range. They have lots of offense and defense too. Also, bosses can turn off prayers, do heavy damage, and have some nasty tricks on the spot. The combat level of monsters/bosses in Daemonheim = a player of that combat level. Many monsters do that when you safespot them. nope, thats is incorrect, surface monster do that if and only if you are out of their "area" else they will come between you and safespot stand there waiting you to range or mage them. but monster in Daemonheim, the whole room is their "area" yet they will instantly moonwalk when you had something small thing such as crate, bed, rock, wall that protrude and etc in front of you or safespot them. True. But I've never been any good at safespotting in another way.
  15. I don't rush them so I can kill them. That's a secondary goal. What needs reworking to become fair is that it needs to be easier to avoid an ancient attacking you in the first place. No, its already easy enough to avoid them. Use your surroundings. But if you run into those REALLY high level tank mages at castle wars, then count yourself unlucky, and stay away from them next time. In stealing creation, there are no surroundings that will allow you to be effective when near an ancient. Then you obviously have never played stealing creation, or don't know how to play it right. Theres a thing called FOG, which allows you to hide, and stay in there until the mage gets tired of waiting and leaves. OR god forbid you step in fog, you can build barriers, stand near a kiln for temporary protection, and if all else fails, STAY in your base and don't rush out there like idiots. You can't do anything while in fog. Melee is far superior in fog.... You are aware we're talking about stealing creation, right? Yea i skipped all the other posts and assumed you meant FOG soz Kinda figured. It's no problem.
