I also must add the first RPG I played was Zork, which the original was all typed with zero graphics (I'm telling my age here) so RS has immensely improved upon that format!

In reference to the article "Baby's First MMORPG" I actually played WoW before I knew what RS was and didn't care for the game play. When I was introduced to RS I found exactly what I was looking for, and RPG with multiple skills and quests. I am not the only member of my family who plays, my mother, my brother and two of my children play too!
