Also I don't know if this makes much of a difference. I don't play in my actual browser, I use the dl that they offer to play. It's better for me because I don't have all the tool bars and stuff in my way.

That's good to hear. Even if it isn't a proper fix, you can sometimes change a few settings and avoid the troublesome code. Still, it seems strange that OpenGL didn't play nicely. It looks like your graphics adapter only supports up to OpenGL 1.4, which may have something to do with it. I spoke too soon. Just a few minutes ago it did the same thing it was doing before with a new hs_err_pid error Not sure what's going on. It worked fine yesterday and I haven't done anything different today. I'm on the verge of cancelling my members because I shouldn't have to pay for this. It's very frustrating >.<

It messed the graphics up so bad you couldn't hardly see the screen. It was hard getting it back to normal. I see now though that they have a DirectX option. Is that something I should try?

Thanks everyone for your advice, I knew I was going to post in the wrong place. I will copy and paste the error for you but I know it was on Jagex's side. I did report the error and they replied to me today. They told me it was probably one of 4 things. A. I have a slow computer and it's causing the crash which is not true lol this is a new problem and both of our pc's are high end. B. I have a crappy internet connection which is a great probablity since my internet provider isn't the greast and always having problems (especially lately) but I still don't think it's that because like I said new problem. C. The connect between them and me is somehow getting interferred with. D. It's a problem with their servers. I do run internet explorer on both comps. I tried reinstalling java and no luck. :( It's even happening with the dl version.

I hope I'm posting in the right section. I'm having a huge problem with Runescape and I was wondering if anyone else was having the same problem or maybe if anyone had any suggestions. Evertime I try to log into Runescape it either gives me this error: Error_game_crash - A problem has occurred while running the game. (with a bunch of other stuff tacked on to it) Or it freezes while the java loading screen pops up. This is on my desktop. On my laptop It will allow me to log in but after paying for so long it freezes up and I get a java error hs_err_pid. I did send a bug report to both Runescape and Java, but that doesn't help me now. I am very new to the community. I don't know anyone here. So I guess you could say my opinion isn't swayed one way or the other. What I'm seeing is a lot of whining about something out of your control. Why on earth would you take the time to write a guide for you to share with other people, and then get mad and want to take it away from those people? That just seems a bit childish to me. The people using the guide are not the people who angered you correct? I understand that you guys think it's "morally" wrong for them to keep it up, but isn't it also wrong to take it away from people who could benefit from it? Like I said I don't know the people who were banned or why they were banned, and I don't know the people who work for Tip.It, but I do know that if I were unhappy with the forum or the people running it I would just leave. I wouldn't waste my time arguing with them. If I were ever able to write a guide I would have no problem sharing it. I wouldn't think of it as just mine anymore I would think of it as everyones, people who read it, use it, and help maintain it. But that's just my opion. I don't think people should steal things from others, but honestly when you use things like forums you're pretty much putting it out there for everyone anyway.

Sals is just ok. They don't have the new guides up yet and they have nothing for dungoneering at all. They also don't have a bestiary or an items database. (which I use constantly) I mean don't get me wrong they have ok guides and stuff but I just prefer Tip.It because you have everything in one location and they're so good about linking stuff. IE If I'm doing slayer and I look up the monster in the bestiary and there's an item I don't know anything about generally they have it set up where you can click on certian things and it takes you straight to that place.
