  1. Someone must've already changed it then :P. The entry didn't have an animated gif (or if it did it was broken and only showed (4)) and said that it was "made by using a phoenix feather on an Antifire (3)". Whoever did it tried to make it very clear except they still left it as showing Super Antifire (4), still makes me think that a 4 dose is made in the end but it isn't. Just saying that this doesn't seem as clear as other potion entries, for example "Super attack (3) is made at level 45 by combining a clean irit leaf and an eye of newt in a vial of water.".
  2. Making super antifire only produces a 3 dose potion not 4 doses as the item database says.
  3. Got a noted drop of 29 clean torstol.
  4. Surprisingly yet another elite clue :o, only my second so far besides the freebie one. Ah either cheeseownsu or bubbakiller5 <(pretty sure any other stuffs is under that, my old rs name).
  5. Just got an elite clue from an automaton generator, no drop screenie cuz I got excited and teleported to start it :P.
  6. Seems like it still focuses on pre-EoC styles of combat. Barrows is now simple enough to do without prayer and only a few sharks (maybe even none depending on your luck) per run. Magic: With the exception of Karil and Akrisae, none of the brothers really pose a threat to mages. With good magic armour Ahrim will barely hit. Dharok, Guthan, Verac, and Torag can be safespotted with any magic spell, even if your at 0% adrenaline impact will hold them long enough to get 50% for Asphyxiate, after that if you have a reasonable magic level and are using a high enough spell (50+ would probably be fine now) they'll either be dead or close to it with only a few basic abilities needed to kill them. Now Karil and Akrisae are what food is necessary for, granted I have 91 defence and am using gano armour so karil only hits maybe 25% of the time so healing against him is usually unnecessary, Akrisae however is played down in the guide as a weak inaccurate brother though that is false. His magic attack may only hit 30-40% of the time but it's usually 1k+ and I've experienced this even with high magic defence ganodermic. If he didn't use prayer this would be negligible and he would be dead relatively quick but since he does the fight can get drawn out giving him time to do serious damage. Magic is much less effective against him than it is Ahrim though not so much that you need to bring melee and ranged just for him. Melee: Simple enough with a Saradomin Sword or whatever you prefer. Simply hack and slash through all the brothers, even Ahrim is relatively harmless as he should go down quick with little time to lower stats, his regular magic attacks are fairly inaccurate even against melee armour. Akrisae is a bit more annoying though, higher chance of his 1k+ magic hits, still he goes down easy enough with proper weapon swapping to counter his prayers. Overall you will take substantially more damage, even with high level melee armour the melee brothers still hit a fair amount, Karil is now harmless but melee is not nearly as effective or as safe as magic is against the melee brothers. Ranged: Probably the least preferable but could still be an option for those with high range. The crystal bow is a great accurate choice, no ammo to worry about and hours of combat without the need to recharge for the eventual cheap price of 200k. I would never recommend this without the use of prayer though so it seems rather pointless. Free quick healing between brothers!: Drakan's Medallion can provide a quick tele to Burgh De Rott for free and easy healing, not just a quick tele to barrows. Banking heals for free in seconds now so this should definitely be taken advantage of instead of using the ever-more expensive food. Overall Barrows is even easier due to the introduction of EoC, Akrisae is a bit more annoying being that Korasi's sword made him incredibly weak but for those that haven't unlocked him and his now cheapo armour barrows is easy. Oh and the rewards part is strangely off. With 0 kills I obtain all of the mentioned drops except the RoW drops (waste of time really), it may increase the amount received slightly but the chest always drops varying amounts regardless of kill count . Crystal triskellion parts should also be added to the rewards, in 40 runs I've gotten 2 parts.
  7. It seems necessary to ask Ceril about where Phillipe is for the first location or he won't appear there, after that he teleports to the next location after you use the lamp. Kinda funny that they have a 350 qp and 400 qp location listed, the 400 one says not possible while the 350 one doesn't :P.
  8. You have to decorate all 3 spots for the 'make the cave look good' objective, I tried after doing two and the butler told me it still wasn't done. After the quest you can talk to the chef and he'll offer you a reward for killing the Cave Wolf Matriarch (still lvl 283). The attacks are exactly the same except they do 5x more damage. The most efficient way to kill her is probably by using range/magic so you can hit her and run to avoid her magical attacks and not have to deal with her hard melee hits. The magic ball attack can hit 250+, falling stalagmites can range from 70 to 210 depending on how many hit you (each hitting 70 with a max of 4 hitting you), melee is again 250+ so it's a good idea to avoid getting close. The juvenile wolves (lvl 73 I think?) are back and will also attack you with melee, hitting a max around 100. Matriarch drops a skull and nothing else, juvenile wolves drop wolf bones only. Take the skull back to the chef and he'll offer you 2k pure essence, 3.5k flax, 300 ground dragon scales, or 100 ground unicorn horns. Right now 3.5k flax being the most valuable at a nice 210k, pretty sweet for a 5-10 minute fight. Sadly it isn't repeatable, probably should've taken some pictures :/.
  9. After getting the elder monkeys to tell you about the snakes, nuts, and banana, you can get the snake corpses immediately and stuff them without having the elders eat your ingredients to save time. After you stuff the snake and go back to the elders it skips over them stealing your ingredients which means 2 less annoying chats and they immediately tell you how to cook the snakes. At the least, the guide should say to talk to the elders again after they say to go get the right banana, thus they also tell you your nuts are bad. Then you can skip an entire trip back to them and get both.
  10. Its not a big deal but "sat sapienti" means "enough for the wise". It'd be enough for a wise man if it was "sat sapient vir", vir meaning man and sapient being the singular case.
  11. It should be mentioned that you can collect both the scorpion at the barbarian outpost and at the monastery without having to get the locations from a seer, though you have to talk to the seer about the taverly dungeon scorpion or you can't open the wall its hidden behind. If you don't have to do the barcrawl this makes the quest extremely short.
  12. Jagex removed both the skeleton and the broom making it a pain to find the hidden portal at rogues castle. Now its 2 steps east from some stacked crates.
  13. I guess I should start taking screenies :P, I already have a main with a quest cape and now I'm going through them all again on a nub.
  14. It should be mentioned at the top that if you don't have level 60 crafting you have to wait 180 minutes while the newby archaeologists distress your bronze items.
  15. Its near the cooking guild this week, how did someone get its near the gnome stronghold....
