I've never had a drop party for any of my 99s, and none of my friends expected it of me either. I have had friends who have hosted drop parties, and as far as I can tell, they're not "expected" to, but want to to celebrate. As you said, it can take a considerable amount of time to reach a 99. So why not celebrate it with a drop party? :shock:

Because lengthy explanations = xp waste. Lengthy explanations = less confusion and therefore is definitely worth the extra 30 seconds it takes to write a few more sentences :P Concerning the original question: It might be best to try both for yourself and see which one fits you.

You could try maging Rex. I hear that the money isn't near what it used to be, but I think it is still decent. You can find some more info here. (Tip.It help page on DKS) There might also be some half decent guides on YouTube, but it might take a while to find a good one.

After completing the quest, you have to do a total of 5 tasks before you can start getting points.

I've been wanting to try some PvM lately, so I've been doing quite a bit of slayer and frosts for combat stats and cash for herb/pray. I realise that my stats at their current state, will make even a 4/5 man corp team fairly difficult. Since a sigil rate is very rare, one might assume that corp wouldn't be very profitable except for when a sigil is dropped. So my question is: Will I end up at least breaking even when I go, or will I take a lose? Extra details: Have extremes banked, and am using gano and of course a Zamorakian Spear. Very nice guide, I could tell it wasn't something that you put ten minutes into, like a lot of guides I see on youtube. My only issue was when you picked up the cannon after every trip. If you use a tele tab, and your cannon has fired cannonballs after you set it up, I'm sure that you can bank in time to get back to your cannon before it decays. :P Other than that, it was an excellent guide. =D>

A lot of my money came initially from farming, that's a great way to start out. Another good method to level your skills and make a little bank at the same time is slayer. I am not entirely sure how well slayer is for money at a lower level (it's been too long), but I do know that it is great experience and a decent money maker once your level gets up there. If you don't care for slayer, try camping a monster that is decent cash (dragons). If anything, this will give you enough money to start merching. :thumbsup:

Personally, I don't think that extremes are that much better than supers :P If you go onto the Runescape Wikia (not the runescape's offical wiki), and you search for calculators, there should be a calculator there named "potions" (under herblore). It has all the up to date prices of the herbs and potions, ect ect. It helped me out a tonne.

This used to happen to me a lot when I played on Internet Explorer. My advice would be to try switching browsers (Maybe try Swiftkit?). It worked for me :thumbsup:
