Can player mods or whatever there called lure people? Mx799 pointed out luring isnt against the rules, so can they?

with the equipment builder and GE cart the little images are of the old equipment view, and on the equipment builder about a week ago it changed to the old equipment from the new equipment, if that makes sense.
