I spent a long time doing the Ardougne assingments to get my cloak2 and I could travel to my hearts content to the farming patch at least that is how I remember it, please tell me if I am wrong. Now I find I can only use it once a day surly that's not right, if so all that work to get it was wasted I do admit I was very dissapointed

Can someone please help me to understand I am level 53 Dungeeoneering I just dont understand it no matter how much I read the instructions, I open the party organiser it said i have done 26 previous progress and 9 present, Now the part that I have made a huge ERROR, I read about the reset button done it fine no problem then did the further 9 floors that gives me a total 35 floors , I read that it is crucial to reset so I did it again and lost everything now I have 9 previous and 0 progress what have i done and can I get back the previous 26 floors, I could not understand why I could not access any of the barriers ie Abandoned 2 barrier when I have done a total of 35 floors. Also I can get into the furnished barrier but there is nothing there and I can not find out what your supposed to do in there. Surely I am not the only one to have made this error, but now It seems I might have to start all the rooms again I am very reluctant to go back in and play that part of a brilliant and enjoyable game. I have to say this and I think I speak for a lot of others, I have been paying my monthly fee and playing Runescapes for at least 3 years now and I think it is the best game you can play on line it is truly amazing. Having said that BOTS BOTS I am sick to death of trying to beat them ie shall we say Blue Dragons if your Combat level is 111 you can just click on them and hey presto your fighting it, others like me who are not lucky enough yet to be level 111 have to left click attack BD as your doing this the bot beats you to it. As I pay my monthly fee as everyone else I really don't think its fair, also they never seem to die ( I might be wrong there). if I stand idle for less than two minutes I get logged out this does not happen to bots. if I were to miss a payment you could close my account straight away why then cant you do it with the bots. I realize Jagex is doing and have done everything to stop these bots, but surly you can act on the bots that are reported at least you have the name that they are playing by this I do often and a few days later find the one I reported still playing what is the point of being able to report a player if, it seems that nothing is being done about it All though, I know you are working hard to dismiss these players I strongly feel that this is unfair to honest players like myself.
