Thank you Marius. You've been very helpful. Solution for those with the same problem. Control Panel -> Regional and Language Settings changed "Regional Options" to English (Australia) -
Please help me. I wonder if my location has anything to do with it. I live in Hong Kong. I'm using Windows Xp and IE 8.
