I can't believe I couldn't figure this out, Thank you

I'm currently tracking three stats, and they are visible in the xp tracking hud on the screen (not pictured though) Once the NXT client came out my options to change/reset the skills in the interface settings area disappeared. What am I doing wrong? Where can I find the settings
