really need help im super confused

im logged into oldschool. like it starts over at 1 everthing cause i still got stats like 70 range and 60 magic just not my 99s anymore -
alright so last time i played was pre eoc runescape 4 years ago (2013). i had 99 mage and some other stats. well i decided id play i logged on and i still got my account all my quests i did but my magic is only 60 now. should i still have 99 mage or did stats get set back im just super confused. any help will be nice thanks.
