  1. Give them another 5 years to release the city lol
  2. Some Christians don't do as much practical work as perhaps they should, I agree. Very similar in idea to thses Bible verses: You didn't do it for any Christian beliefs, but what you did was Christian. Your analysis of some Christians who don't do as they preach is a good one, as you see in those verses I quoted. That's debatable ;) If God created time, then we can say that He exists outside of its influence. You only have a "beginning" or "end" within time, so God just was. It's tough to think about, but pretty reasonable too. I do believe thats the biggest cop out of an answer ever. How come? The atheist who helps others with no thought to reward, desiring nothing in retribution, is far, far greater than the christian who helps because they desire eternal reward. Helping others is not christian, its a nice thing to do, some people don't need eternal reward as a motivation for helping others, because they are better than that. And also, time is a concept, you can't ceate time except in concept. You can turn back every single clock in the world back 1 hour, but you don't get an extra hour added to your life. Merc is right, cop outs are the only defense christians have, yoou have a mouldy old book which may or may not be nearly complete fiction (Jesus coulda been a conman) we have no solid evidence. Your stupid, you know why? cause God just told me  . Disprove that.
  3. What is the cause of Gods exsistance? What caused God? The 2nd law of thermodynamics proves that God couldnt have always exsisted, so if he exsists he needs a creator and his creator needs a creator ad infinitum. If you put the entire universe on a 24 hour time frame, the exsistance of humans makes up the last two seconds of that 24 hour time frame. Evolution is pretty slow.
  4. Onoz! Teh temptation! Christians biggest problem is temptation? Immorality? Welcome to reality, everyone deals with things they shouldnt have, which they desire. I guess some people just dont want having religion forced upon them? You believe your saving them? Well why couldnt god tell them about Jesus himself? Maybe your saving 'lesser' people who are too 'insubordinate' to know about Jesus?
  5. I'm willing to bet there are an extremely larger number of Christians persecuted for their beliefs than atheists... some might say people like Galileo were persecuted for their atheistic beliefs but this is just not true... Galileo wanted the church to immediately endorse his views, and he publicly mocked the pope. Something anyone would be persecuted for... Christianity is certainly the harder life if you actually live it out. And the more logical if you take the time to study the evidence. How is a bunch of theories out of a biased book, supported by evidence from biased people, ultimately having no evidence, logical? Yea, being a christian is harder... if you live in the times of the Romans  , just as bad as atheist where percecuted by religious leaders during the middle ages. These days living as a christian now has no downside whatsoever, nor atheism Galileo didnt have atheistic beliefs, he was percecuted because science refuted a christian idea, that the world was the center of the universe. Maybe you still believe the earth is flat as well? or that the sky is a blue roof? or many other things which the all knowing chrstian God forgot to mention while he was here, on this insignifigant planet with absurdly stupid life forms orbiting a sun which is refered to as a 'yellow dwarf'. Hardly special in any respects.
  6. Its funny how its impossible to contest both sides since both are theories, thanks people, you all pushed me into a state where I dont believe in religion or science :D . Why guess at what you cannot see?
  7. Save another and they are in your debt, help another and they will be gratefull. Thats where the instinct comes from, making backup, friends to help you out in future, securing your assets. Whatever you want to call it. This grew into civilarity, heirarchy, gentlemen, nobels, aristocraty. Eventually it became second nature and people taught their kids. Dont give me crap about the musing of christian fiction writers, and calling it proof.
  8. Morals where inbred by parents who got them from parents. All the way up the heirachy of civilisation. Cavemen wouldnt give a rats [wagon] if you where in trouble. But civilisation and compassion have evoulved us into morally instinctive people. If morals came from god then why are their christian criminals?
  9. What happens when I die will happen when I die. What will be will be.
  10. So, in fact, those are beliefs. The beliefs that your family shouldn't die. Shush :o
  11. Rizla, surely your smart enough to know that pointing out that someone else is spamming constitues as spam in itself. You are just giving them incentitive to further spam. VerbalBullets, if you are contributing nothing to the thread then your opinions are degraded, similar to the tale of the boy who cried wolf, your opinions will mean nothing to some people when they remember that you have spammed on other threads. Please respect others and refrain from posting stuff entirely irrelevant to the topic. Back to the initial topic, I dislike believing in things, my mantra is 'What will be will be', if I will be segregated for not having belief then so be it. I will not believe to escape procecution, I will not believe to hold myself as superior to others and I will never believe to become 'normal'.
  12. I dont have any beliefs, what will be will be. I wouldn't die for my country, as by country you mean government, I wouldnt die for those pen-pushers who couldnt give a rats [wagon] that they are sending hundreds to their death. In fact, everything isnt worth dying for save family. Id die for my family.
  13. Are you saying that a [developmentally delayed] is less of an individual than a 'normal' person like you? IM not making an individual go through this, MY opinion doesnt overweigh hers, I guess morals arnt for everyone, people like you who kill that which isnt human make me sick. As I said before, many sick people before you held the same ideals and peoples lives where made worse for it. But hey, if you want to let a women play god with her body, create a life then destroy it before it has even begun, be my guest. Freedom is a two way thing, the unborn child has a potential and should have the FREEDOM to be like you now, alive. Be my guest, kill which hasnt even breathed once or seen the world, because your better than them, right?
  14. There is no individual person inside of her. Yes there is, there is a child with its own individual DNA and its own blood.
  15. Great. Now you're twisting it around so the victim is the criminal, because she wasn't ready for a child and doesn't want to carry one you're going to make her have it anyway, are you any different from the rapist? Hey maybe it was her fault and she has to suffer the consequences? It was not her fault, it was the rapist's fault. But the fact is, whether she wanted it or not, she is pregnant. Just because the baby was forced on her does not mean she shouldn't give it the same chance as if it was a normal child. She should make the best out of something terrible that happened to her. You're telling her what she should or shouldn't do, how is it her responsibly? Why are you making the decision for her? She should do whatever she damn wants with her own body. Yea, let her do whatever she wants with her own body, just lay off the individual person inside her.
