  1. I practically always have gum in my mouth, and this seems to be the holy grail of gum. Some gum "dissolves" after a couple hours, and other kinds get really tough and dry, and some have pieces that get tinier as you chew, but this kind can last for an entire day.
  2. Soo...she's officially a gold digger? Because that's what I think when I hear the term mail-order bride. Mail-order bride - A mail-order bride is a woman who advertises her willingness to marry mainly to better her standard of living http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Russian_brides I find it odd that no one's really acknowledging this. I would have a lot more problems if my dad married a mail-order bride than if than if my step-mom was annoying me.
  3. Why the [bleep] is the RIAA immune to this? There's no way in hell someone would be fined $80,000 for stealing a candy bar, but it's "just" fine for a song?
  4. Do you make it a point to come up with stupid rules? You're acting like he's asking for coke money, when he just wants to see a midnight showing of Transformers. Simply because there are a lot of bizarre "what if?" scenarios, it doesn't mean that any will happen. There's no point to not doing something because something MIGHT happen.
  5. '01 Cavalier with ~45k miles for $6000. It's served me well over the years, especially considering all the [cabbage] I've done to it and the battle wounds I've given it.
  6. My first fender bender was during Drivers Ed; we were parked on the side of the road and a woman was backing out of her driveway and wasn't paying attention. She basically crushed the door and the part above the wheel so much that the drivers door didn't open. My first actual wreck was a couple months ago over Christmas break; I was driving during a pretty bad snowstorm, hit some ice, and put my car in a ditch. Was fun.
  7. But what if he doesn't go to the movie and as he's sleeping, the roof collapses and kills him? There's no reason to keep your kid, or really anyone for that matter, from a low-risk activity like this simply because of "what if?" scenarios.
  8. [hide=] I think I'll be leaving now.[/hide] Honestly, I don't think I would do anything. I might if I know who the child is, but otherwise I think I'm pretty neutral to it.
  9. OK, there's this guy at work that I'm interested in (and I'm pretty sure the feelings are mutual) and I want to ask him out. However, I've never been on a date so I have no idea what to do. We're both 18 and I would prefer to avoid the cliche dinner and a movie. Any advice is appreciated. Also, I really don't care if you laugh or make fun of me, I know I'm socially [developmentally delayed]ed. :P Just please help lol.
  10. Fa Que also sounds like "I'm gay" if you yell it loud enough.
  11. This might be a little off topic, but simply because a skill is buyable, doesn't make it easy. The massive amount of cash that the more expensive buyables require (herblore, construction, summoning, etc) is much more difficult to obtain than getting 99 wc by semi-afking the whole time.
  12. You have to keep in mind that the bones will also halve the time you spend running to and from the altar. With that in mind, they should become viable for ultra rich people who want 99 pray NOW at like 8-10k, perhaps higher. Dagganoth bones hold their value, and they are MUCH MUCH lower exp/gp than dragon bones. At current prices, these bones are more than 3x the cost for less than 2x the xp. Also, since these bones are competing with dragon and dagganoth bones, even if their price decreases, the other bone prices will too. If anything, all this update will do is lower bone prices across the board, while keeping dragon or dagganoth bones as the best way to train.
