  1. There are two effects for each school of magic, the plain one and the one that is combined with accelerated mana regen. Note : If you want to collect every enchantment possilbe, MAKE SURE that you learn the regular one first, because you cannot learn the basic enchantment for a school once you have already learned the enchantment + mana regen version, like in your case of having Magicka + Destruction, you can never learn just Destruction. I assume this is a bug. Also, you aren't messed up on enchanting, because there are two things you aren't considering: besides the basic enchanting bonus for the 5 levels of the fundamental Enchantment perk, there are Perks for every type of enchantment (Fire, Frost, Storm, Corpus and Skill) that add an additional 25%, plus you get a bonus based on your Enchantment level, although I don't know the scale of this bonus as related to your enchanting skill as I haven't reached the max (100) yet.
  2. So quaff a potion of whatever-it's-called that gives you temporary mana for 60 seconds, cast the spell to get in while wearing the amulet (any spell at all works), and then go back to barshing heads.
  3. One other thing about getting quest capes is that you will know more about the game in general. If I had not gotten my quest cape, I would not even know about so many things to do in rs. This is why I applaud the achievement diaries, because they also push people to get to know the game better. I also wouldn't have as high combat, because I only ever did it in order to be able to finish the quests. Combat training is more boring than any of the non-combat skills, although agility is close. Hit something, hit it again, hit it again, eat something, hit some more. They are interesting, if only because of the stories. I guess that makes me like Juna, although I can't reward you with access to Tears of Guthix ;p Did I get the quest cape because I actually value it? Not really, I just like doing the quests. I only got the cape because it's cheaper to replace than an obsidian cape for the same stats. But then, here's the real crux...all of the capes are completely worthless (except for the 99k they cost) other than for the stat bonuses they bestow.
  4. yes no, not really, it's not hard to click a lot.
  5. You don't consider patience and focus to be real life talent?
  6. Anyone who thinks farming is as boring as watching paint dry, isn't doing it right.
  7. Think about that. Really, think about that. Level 3 with 51 slayer. But yes he could do the quest, as the 51 slayer is only required to kill the phoenix after the quest is complete.
  8. i'll see what you think at the end of the year :D Uh, let's see...it's the ONLY update of the year. Are you completely oblivious to sarcasm?
  9. Summoning and Construction modified to be not wealth-oriented, and any new skill that may come along to not be wealth-oriented. Achievement diaries not based on such high level in certain skills. As it is the Varrock and Falador diaries have higher individual skill level requirements than the granddaddy of all quests that just came out. If you don't like f2pers, get the %(%*& off the f2p worlds. While Guthix Sleepwalks?
  10. Not sure if I'd want to taste test that Yeti poop potion.
  11. Bring a tinderbox too. So...what do I do with the pipe in the Yeti room? Edit: LOL, nevermind
  12. I can't push stones, it says that it's stuck and Iwon't be able to move it. I have the hammer, chisel, etc.
  13. It's random, I found him at Edge monastery while no one else can. 8-) I got him there too.
  14. Your total weight doesn't include your own body, otherwise you wouldn't still lose energy when you ran. Basically, negative weight means you spend less energy hauling your fat butt around.
  15. Ok, done ALL the quests, almost everything in every achievement diary, have 542/570 songs in the music library, and done practically every minigame in Runescape, as well as doing everything in the Varrock Museum guide. Still, I have only 158/163 Kudos. WTF? How and where do you get those last 5 Kudos? Edit: Got it, Historian Minos talks about a book from the Varrock library but you dismiss its importance while talking to him...and yet, when I searched the Varrock library and brought him every book I could find, it worked. I now have all 163 kudos.
