  1. Yup, this is quiet international word. It is used even in estonian language.
  2. You may have misheard Dungeoneering. Get a hearing aid. Your point about it being a minigame is valid, but it's otherwise solid, with a few minor flaws and even fewer major flaws. My main gripe with the game is that gearing up is usually pointless since everything about the skill favors grabbing food then rushing through the place. Long before name Dungeoneering ever existed there were rumors an speculations about a new upcoming skill called Engineering. I love that new mini-game Dungeoneering, as a mini-game it is top class! :) And it is F2p! What I i don't like is that it is named a skill...
  3. How would I know English isn't your mother tongue? I'm very critical of people who have English as their mother tongue but write it even worse than non-native speakers - they're a disgrace to the language. I am not a native English (or American/Australian/what have you) speaker for that matter, so if I can write English of a certain standard so can you. And no need to try and excuse yourself. I can already see you're trying to avoid the second part of my post, the real arguments, because you have nothing to say. Selective retaliation is one of the most often employed methods here, so I know too well when you're intentionally evading my arguments. Dungeoeering is a mini-game in most aspects and not only in "some aspects", fact that it combines combat, puzzles and exp for different skills does not make it less mini game and Dungeoneering token reward system is more characteristic for mini games than skills. It is separated from main game, it has internal level system (call them floors if you wish), it employs a team play, IT IS SAFE so you cant die! It does not need raw material for leveling, it does not affect economy (or game at large) any way and it is very simple compared diverse spirit of some true skills like Summoning, Crafting, Construction etc...It design is blatantly simple: do a 1000 tasks - get a cookie from reward shop. Dungeoneering is first such a "skill" while there is MANY mini-games like this....or MOST of them, in fact. And what i did said before about that OUT OF TOPIC flaming grammar theme (it is not so bad that it does need constant mentioning or mentioning at all) i will say again - SHUT UP! Out of topic? English is what makes your topic readable. Anyway, look here - don't try to bullcrap your way through arguments if you don't know anything about the mechanics going on behind the skill. Dungeoneering is one of the most complex updates Jagex has released. I can't claim I'm even half an expert at computers, but some people who do know what they're talking about have said that the engine behind the skill took a long time for Jagex to develop. The system of instances is FAR MORE COMPLEX than the engine behind any minigames in RuneScape per se. Diverse spirit? That will come in time, but from your opening post you seem to assert that Dungeoneering is going to fail completely as a skill. And dungeoneering's training methods are far more diverse and interesting than the drill-like training for many other skills. I really fail to understand your statement about it being "do 1000 tasks and get a cookie". Isn't that what slayer is? Isn't that what training combat, mining, woodcutting, what have you are? All skills are "cut X logs, mine X ores, etc and get a cookie". Blatant logical fallacy. Thirdly, so what if you're safe? Aren't you safe while mining too, other than the golem which won't kill anyone unless you're AFK? Team play in dungeoneering is completely optional. If you're high levelled enough its easy to do it without a team, and it isn't impossible without a team even for low levels. And other skills require a team at times, e.g. training combat in Pest Control, etc. In fact, many spend most of their time training certain skills in minigames. So I fail to see your point. It's separated from the main game. Mining Rune Essence and crafting runes are separated from the main game too, so are much of the places where you train combat and some other skills. So what the hell are you talking about? It does not affect the game? That is ABSURD. People will train their skills all-round to get Dungeoneering EXP faster, etc. Don't tell me this motivation doesn't affect the game nor the economy (more items are generated, etc)? Air runes' prices have already been increasing, at least from hearsay. I suggest you just shut up with your incoherent arguments before you humiliate yourself further. As example statement " Mining Rune Essence and crafting runes are separated from the main game too..." is so totally untruth and so obviously wrong that it is pointless to even argue against it. I will be become bored to the point of death before i can prove to some fanatic that camel is a camel and not a car. This is flame war now and i will stop here since i see no point to go on...(i better play that mini-game over what we argue for) PS: You don't need to answer that. PS II: And Slayer is another mini-game disguised as skill.

  5. Astronomers did not create the Moon. Nor did Jagex create the word "mini-game" (game inside the game) or word "skill"(ones ability to make or create something). and yes, IMO, slayer is not so much a skill but also mini-game. they did however invent dungeoneering. And how is slayer at all like a mini-game? its more like a WoW style quest. Also, its hard to take someone seriously when there grammar is terrible. Just sayin' Oh, agreed. Slayer really resembles wow style quests. Still it is less a skill and more like a endless row of random game generated quests (without story so let me call them tasks). And my grammar is not SO bad that it needs constant mentioning, so forget that please...Just sayin' :P
  6. Astronomers did not create the Moon. Nor did Jagex create the word "mini-game" (game inside the game) or word "skill"(ones ability to make or create something). and yes, IMO, slayer is not so much a skill but also mini-game.
  7. If astronomers says that Moon is a Swiss cheese to you believe it? :P
  8. I never said it is bad game! But it is clearly not made to be as a skill, it is made to be a mini game. So my argument was that this "skill" is ersatz. Did anyone overturned it? and you quelmotz: And if you there started flame war so it be. My english is not standard, i did not learn it in school (it is not my mother tongue) and i learn it on process...So shut up and keep on theme, don't make it personal!
  9. Stealing Creation is a skill! Why it is not made a skill like Dungeoneering? Make SC a skill!!!
  10. Did read it and i'm not agreed at all. This is meant to be a mini game and even quiet obvious one.And It cannot even compared a Slayer skill...Post you did recommend to me is utter nonsense and pathetic excuse! If we make Stealing Creation a skill then it is quiet similar "skill".
  11. This "skill" was made out to be a mini game, it is obvious, and is only changed to be skill and possibly even on hurry, IMO ...Remember rumored Engineering skill? What happened to that? To me it feels that real skill project is failed somehow and to fullfill promises Jagex did changed upcoming mini game to be a skill. Canceling of Mechcape on bad time, economical crisis, loss of members and players and now this...I feel in my bones that RS might have a fatal disease it may not recover.
  12. Geez, how it is possible to make firemaking up 20 million xp in just 5 days?!...In Adevnturer's Log u can see marvelous results of training some had did. --- 192 days and 5 hours officially wasted! XD
  13. Using mousekeys is macroing as well...No wonder one gets banned cause that. Someone said before that Jagex said using mousekeys is not against rules. Where they said that?! I can't believe...It is as well ike saying "autotyping is ok" wich is not...
  14. After elimination of RWT and chinese bots some peoples did start macroing with their own main accounts. How silly.... Play fair.
