99 Smithing seems like an obvious stat to have that could make you money.. but if you dont have 85 mining, how proffitable is 99 smithing?

Im currently 81 smithing, obviously wanting 99 and just wanted some advice. Whats the best way to get to 99 from here? How much is it going to cost me? Is it worth selling everything for it? (my mining lvl is useless) cheers.
