Are there any new connectivity problems in the last 12 hours or so? I logged out of the game last night and everything was fine. Tried to connect this morning and the launcher won't load. Tried going to the website in 2 different browsers and I can't even get that to load. Everything else works fine. Launcher message: There was an error loading the game configuration from the website. Chrome message: This website is not available. Firefox message: Connection has timed out. The server is taking too long to respond. I've cleared the cache, restarted my laptop and haven't installed anything new.

Did you install it after downloading? I know nothing about safari, are there any settings which would stop you installing or running it? Is there an option at the top of the browser to select which toolbars run? (maybe right click)

Everytime I do a search it comes up no entries found - even when I've just been looking at a thread with that word in it. Is the search function not working or is there some special trick to using it?

48 hours?!?!! In the past I've had a few take 16 hours. Today I have 4 that were planted 28 hours ago and was beginning to wonder if they're bugged.

Is there a maximum time that trees take to finish growing? I'm growing pineaple trees and while some of them are done in the 14 hours stated in the guides, others are still not finished after 24 hours.

Are there 2 mines? The tip it walk through says the mine comes out just north of the base, but I come out of the mine in the north west corner of the town and the base is halfway down the east side of the map. Should I get caught again in hopes of coming out of the mine at a different loc?

I'm also stuck at this mine. The map posted is wrong, as the OP said, the stairs lead nowhere. The building directlysouth of the mine and north of the 3 connected rooms also leads nowhere. I've gone up the ladder and right clicked everywhere and get no options. I cannot see a sickle anywhere either. Anyone have any clearer directions for this?

Thank you very much. I did try right clicking the ones in inventory but didn't think of right clicking the one in the chat window.

How do I cut more than 1 gem at a time? When I have several gems in my inventory I get asked in the chat window how many I wish to cut but I cannot type in a number. I've tried clicking the gem name, the gem itself and the sword in the chat window and I only ever cut one gem. What am I missing? btw, I also did something else that asked me how many of something I wanted to do and had the same problem, can't remember what it was now though.
