RuneScape Information

  1. Happy birthday :D

  2. For a guide/setup there is a well written one on the main tip.it Here Your stats are fine. As for the lag, -play on low detail -run as few programs as possible (Example: only run your internet browsing software) -choose the world with least lag If you still lag with these tips, get a better computer I guess. Good luck
  3. IMO, 2006 was better. But really, the earlier the better. I would take a previous version of RS over the atm RS.
  4. I am about 150k xp from 96 mage. I want to know YOUR advice/opinion on the best way to 99 mage. Anything helps. Thanks!
  5. Sorry dude, I only meant the scythe... Some how my brain links bunny ears and halloween. FTL
  6. Yes guy! Woops I meant 2005. Chicken Ruulz k?
  7. Well yes. October will mark my 7th year of playing RuneScape, which to me is a REALLY long time. I am a different kind of player. Starting back in 2003, when I first played, I used RS as a instant messenger to talk to my friends from school. They had all played RSC and this was around the time when JaGex recently created RS2. So the days went by when me and my friends passed some time killing goblins in lumby and talking about stuff. Then I started to get into the game and really enjoyed it. So in summer of 2004, I became a member and joined Tip.it forums simultaneously. I spent the majority of summer 2004 playing RS and enjoying every second of it. 2005 came and most of my friends quit and started to play WOW, but I was faithful and continued to play. So I did some quests and started to train my skills and make money. No for me having a lot of money in my bank just felt wrong, I always had to spend it. I would never have more than 500k in my bank at a time. I would spend it right after I gained it. On things like runes for God spells for castle wars(Yeah Claws of Guthix!) Then that got boring, So I got into the habit of dropping all of my items and starting again from nothing, then once I made a decent amount of money, drop it all again. I have been doing this procedure since 2006, and I still find it fun. I have saved up for some skills and items, but in the end I just drop them. I used to give items away to random people and I got banned once because JaGex thought I was "Real-World Trading" so I had to explain my story to them, and got out of it. Now I enjoy smacking people with my rubber chicken and having 90% of them say "What is that?" I consider my self a veteran player, not the maxed-out-level kind, but the been-here-a-long-time kind. I am Stubness. I despise Mining, Firemaking, and what the heck is Dungeoneering? Rate my dedication I guess? These are the only things in my bank worth showing: Yo-Yo is from Christmas 2004 and Rubber Chicken is from Easter 2003. I joined 5 days after the bunny ears and scythe drops. FTL Keep Happy -Stubness add me if you want to Team-Rubber Chicken ppl.
  8. Happy Birthday!

  9. Very nice. I find it hard to believe that the Strength cape is the most common skill cape...
  10. I am curious to know how many pieces of lumber jack clothing you had before you got the top?
  11. any combat related untrimmed cape is filthy. congrats. PWNED
  12. ROFL! 50 is nothing. I get 500 tickets a game if i try We are talking about Castle Wars. A win is 2 tickets, a tie is 1.
