pures arent the only ones who use it, i use it sometimes, although im trying to get out of the habit im trying to say "plz dont eat so much" because to be honest its nof un when your fighting someone and after you hit a 20 they pop a shark in their mouth and think nothing of it, they go through their food extremely fast and then when they are almost out, they run with full hp, food left, and praying melee this takes a lot of fun out of pking and a lot of profit too, because if a pker cant get kills then they lose money off the immense ammount they spend on pots and food ty

this post has so many holes, first off none of the items you stat ruin pking (especially not barrows gloves as there is only one alternate, d hide vambs, that are worth anything) the problem isnt with the items available its the greed of the people who use them, i enjoy using some untradable items in fact, 5 of my items are untradable, but i balance it out and wear more(in worth) than the average pker with only their defender being untradable by wearing rune boots and glory plus the normal other stuff, i dont care if you think im a noob or whatnot but really this seems like a whiney argument

i think what is gonna happen is that fear of such a possibility or a huge drop in price will cause a lot of people to sell right now so that they dont end up with their party hats being worth in the low single digits of mils, and since more people are selling them the supply becomes greater and the demand becomes less so the prices are dropping, but when th hats stop moving around because of this fear i think rares are gonna sky-rocket againif you have the extra money buy whil they r low = )

actually melee has only 2 stats to train (defence is for all classes = \) and hitting highest and most accurately with least cost makes melee training by far the easiest, so this 2 stats vs one thing isnt really a good argument = \

I'm pretty sure you need 50 defence for obby shield... On topic: Rune kiteshield is generally better in defence than an Obsidian shield is, but the Obby shield gives a strength bonus, and in my opinion looks nicer. About the saving up for dsq, you would need to beat legends too :lol: you do need 60 defence for obby, and another option for you would be to get a rune defender, if your just looking for the strength bonus, if not stick to your rune kite its good enough = \

a few nubbin questions i know.... but how fast do the salamanders hit? and also does the mage attack also give defence xp? or is that optional, i thought these would make cool weapons and so far they look as if they will be = )
