  1. I was going to get 91 Runecrafting and buy enough chins for 99 Range. The update is a bit annoying, but I think there are also some positives; Instead I'm going to train Range with Slayer, which would be more beneficial in the end. Maybe spending the money instead on better equipment. Plus I want to get 80 Hunter and it should become less crowded at the training spot.
  2. Can't say that I've cried over the game. Though if I ever got Pk'd on my way to the abyss and lost my pouches I would log off, take an unusually deep breath and return to the game a few days later once my rage had subsided.
  3. Back when I first started I used to kill men in Al Kharid, collecting the coins they dropped..... A bad idea, but I did eventually afford that mithril scimitar.
  4. I have both fletching and cooking to 99. I'm now focusing on getting my runecrafting to 91, and then using the cash made and money from subsequent runecrafting levels to 'buy' level 99 prayer. I 'bought' cooking. I'm going to 'buy' prayer too. I can't see the difference between buying either myself.
  5. It's not an offence to not wish to be bothered whilst you are playing and to not reply is it? (I have begun to turn my chat off more often now, I've started to fish at Catherby and I can't stand the converstations these people have)
  6. Farming. I may have gone about it the wrong way when I first tried my hand at it. Didn't like the idea of having to run about the place to plant seeds. Maybe one day I'll go back and work out what I was doing wrong.
  7. Full rune is the most of ever lost. However this has happened to me several times. Mostly when attempting to regain my pouches when Abyss Rc....happened twice in one day...
  8. Over the past 3 days I must have played at least 7 hours a day. Maybe that is a little too much. I am eating properly and going for runs though. I'm back from University until mid a week or so into January. It's a bit wierd when you've spent a long time living on campus with all these new friends when you've constantly had something fun to go and do, and then you come home, and most of your mates are now hundreds of miles away. Runescape is keeping me entertained over Christmas. I don't take it too seriously, I'm just bored.
  9. Mind numbingly reptitive tasks help me to relax. I've been playing it non-stop since I came back home for Christmas.....though that may be because one of my friends took my Rubik's cube which I normally use when life gets a bit too stressful.
  10. Farming. I've only turned my hand to it once. Didn't like it immediately. I've only got it to level 33 so far by using Tears of Guthix.
  11. Those capes are certainly more commmon but are still an achievement nontheless. It's a slightly odd way of looking at it to think 'No I'm not going to achieve 99 in a skill because all those other people beat me to it.'
  12. I've never really had much money to speak of. I think the most I've ever had in one go was about 6 million. I don't mind spending money on skills, I've spent about 1 million on construction and in the past week have bought 1.5k Dragon bones for prayer, not to mention all the money I spent buying Harralanders and then being unable to sell the energy potions. Of course having said that, I made the decision a few days ago that I'm going to make myself 18Million through Rc and then buy a green halloween mask (hence the sig block). I'm not sure whether that counts as being a saver or a spender though.
  13. Haha, yeah right. He was in the party hat area, am I right? Odds are some greedy merchant with 5 billion worth of items picked it up and it means nothing to him. Didn't think of that. Well that's put even more of a downer on it.
