more trump in that he uses his power for the sole purpose of inflating his ego and his appearance of having a lot of influence, but is actually just a very elaborate series of schemes and lies designed to uphold that appearance which would fall apart in ten seconds if everybody weren't stupid enough to fall for it

 

the solar eclipse is his election season

 

his blatantly public appearance is another smokescreen

 

after all, when everybody's got their eyes on you, they can't see anything else

about: skillers not liking risk

 

it's less about not wanting to risk dying/death and more about skilling having worse/useless rewards that don't scale with risk (bakriminel bolts cough cough), and risk of death/dying usually involving combat as opposed to noncombat based environmental factors or versus the noncombat ability of other skillers

 

for instance, you can have an area with very unstable structural integrity, then have teams who have to bring in special equipment (that costs money to replace) in order to get to resources, but there's a limited number of spots to get that resource, and when that resource is taken, it causes the tunnels in all of the other areas to collapse. there could also be various other things in the caves you could do to slow down other teams or speed up progress for your own.

 

edit: to provide a vector of constitution that doesn't rely on HP, all participants have to wear protective suits, which will also have durability meters, like the equipment. judgement calls will have to be made as far as picking what to do in a given situation in order to ensure that there is enough durability left to successfully reach the end of the tunnel without losing to another team or failing the expedition otherwise

Also why remove Livid Farm completely? Atleast 1 unlocked spell should be a requirement. It's listed in the Fremennik hard task list also. However I got the boots before it was introduced, so no need to do that either, but it only takes a couple of hours maximum for the cheapest spell.

This requirement was removed from the fremy elite tasks, I believe

 

it's still there, it's just not a required task

Well, it's more that they're providing a pool of victims. Like every other PvP update.

 

However, the key difference is that it's established that the entire game is PvP from the start, and that everybody's scrambling out from roughly the same circumstances, which means that even with different goals, all players understand what they're getting into.

When the junkies .. erm excuse me shapeshifters swap forms they count as a new monster. There is a rare occurrence where you somehow kill the old and the new form at the same time and they drop 4 (heck I had a couple of 6) crystals.

 

Can anyone thing of a way to use this "knowledge" to effectively cut the farm in half ... ?

 

for the most part, this scripted event is mostly useful to disrupt your fighting every dang time when they want to swap

 

however, there are certain...interesting behaviors displayed when you force them to switch to melee

 

about: gender

 

in this specific case, since the npc is a woman, the npc is a woman

 

full stop

From the font and the pictures and the exact arrangement of objects and usage of names, it looks like they bought a license of a port of a chinese mmo created from the one chinese mmo generator that the owner's been using to create licenses of the same game over and over. Looks like it also came with the standard P2W cash shop package. It's designed to take money from people until they get bored with it.

 

Not really a step up from what they were doing before, unless their intent is to outright scam people out of their money for the actual project because they couldn't afford to do anything else.
