I'm looking for an active clan with ventrilo, that partakes in clan wars, has events, and is not about skilling.

I'm currently combat lvl 50, with 48 mage, 40 attack, 41 strength, 41 def, 24 prayer. I do play mini-games, I would like a clan that uses Ventrilo. I dont PvP, and currently F2P, My runescape name is Adamfirst91.

Then why does every other monster give 4 exp her damage?

I attacked over 50 outlaws and only gained about 100 exp. I attacked the goblins near the outlaws and I got the right amount of exp. The bones that the outlaws dropped gave me the 4 exp for each bone.
