Until you reach a specified amount of coins, I'd suggest continuing making money. Guides have been provided throughout the forum, or you can search VIA 'google'. Bandos Chestplate and Tassets are best for general slaying, they're pretty cheap as-well. Barrows are an option too, but they're degradable. I don't really specialize in 'magic' or 'range' so hopefully someone can help you out with those.

Hello males, females and dragons. I'm Jack, a dedicated user within RuneScape for around a 5 year period. As I started RuneScape from a youngster, I had a range of accounts that I leveled up and forgot most of the accounts whilst I was away for a short time. As I'm now a 15 year old, I began playing RuneScape again a few weeks ago, the 'evolution of combat' development has been annoying, but RuneScape is still as I'd remembered. I've been a member on other small RuneScape forums, getting to know users, but this time I've decided to help out users that do not contain the knowledge that I do, so 'beginners' if you like. Hopefully my content that I'll provide will help everyone, I'm just here to post experiences and meet new people. I'd appreciate it if you'd welcome me into the community, any questions just ask.
