It all started when Cl like usual crashed vr vs. Eos. Cor decided not to let this get by. We get there and quickly begin to turn the tide of course when suddenly Devine Forces/ Rune Raiders rushes in to crash and make it 4 vs 2. Despite these unfair odds Cor never dodging a challenge decided to fight on. It was even at best for df/vr/eos/rr then quickly Cor + eos started once more to dominate the fight. Cor and Eos had a magnificent performance today and proved no matter how low Df will sink we will counter them and drive them into the ground.

There are a number of options. But they all boil down to buy and selling. Lets look at the coal suggestion.
180 each. and 10mil is about 55,555 coal.
Sold at 200 each... is 11,111,111
So you made 1.1 million... buy 55k caol and sell them 9 times and your done.
So basicaly your making a 20 gp profit every time you buy and then sell a peice of coal. This will apply to other items...
Nature rune: 280gp - 300gp
Chaos rune: 100gp - 130gp
Water rune: 20gp - 25gp (i've seen this change alot lately)
Basicaly look at ALL the runes, ores, logs that you can trade. Decide what you want to focus on and go for it... but if something isn't selling.... sell it at cost and try making a profit on something else.
Chaos... 10mil will turn into 13mil... better return than coal.
Water... 10 will turn into 12.5mil....
Basicaly my advice... yes... The above posters are right... Just understand why and don't get stuck selling something that just isn't selling for you.

At that level i've always been partial to recommending the orges at the kings training ground north west of ardy.

We called EH to ac for a previous pkri; so i would say EH was there too (in the TRWF vs Corr) to clear all the nh scum that was helping you, but you hate EH and you had to kill them i guess, instead of killing the nh kids... You would have had the win without nh being there anyway since we all were going to bed soon, and you're opts were increasing each second.
Eh is KNOWN to "biasdly" AC fight we are in. They came to protect YOU from Nh along with AG coming to help you... Thas why it turned into 3 v 1... you know trwf had NO intentions of attempting to fight Cor in a 'fair' fight.
But since you bring up no honor lets take a look.... Ni... basicaly merged with Vr... and Vr dislikes us... So Ni if they were they could be added as #4 vs us... but we are not petty in details. Then you have Ag... I'm kind of unsure about the Nh status lately... but if history follows you formaly teamed with a Nh clan.... Then the last real Nh clan that ever has any impact is rot... and I don't recall them playing a part even if one or two showed up... we did not invite them nor team with them.
But not to get too stuck in the details... I think we(Cor) showed that we have the rating of being the #1 clan locked for now. Recently we have taken on everyone who will step up and fight... even if they step up with a couple other clans helping them. I know we have a loss coming soon... but until then... and after then... we will be having a good game of RuneScape going on.

We massed up when we heard TRWF was out with decent ops, we entered the wild with around 90 options. We ran into TRWF on the first world and quickly gained control of the fight. When we almost completely dominated TRWF EH ran in with AG to attempt to save TRWF but by this time Cor had reached 180 options. Eh QUICKLY got dominated and scattered to edgeville. Good fight to all involved, Giddy up eh.
Cor Starting: 90
TRWF starting: 150
EH/AG starting: 130

Well, This started as me deciding to get some soul runes to do a bit of training. I just wasnÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t finding any one selling. Maybe they were selling, but I just dislike haggling of over the price for 5 min after taking 15 min to track down a seller. So begins my trip to the guide store. First I take a look at the max prices of runes.
Note: the price shown for soul runes is with 100 in stock. I was buying them down to 100, if you donÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢t mine spending a little more buy them all. I chose 345 as the cut off because you can buy them on the market for 350.
I hopped servers buying every death and nature rune. With the soul runes I stoped buying where there were 100 left in stock. because of the number is stock is always diffrent this is only my results yours may differ. I started with 1mil Gp in my bag at the end of the 12 min I was left with 342,526. The gave me a total 657,474 gp spent.
Now lets take a closer look at the results. First you may notice the staffs. They are 1500 each. I got these because I know there is a need for them in the wildy. I plan on selling all of them at cost. That is a 36,000 that will come back to me. So lets bump that total down to 621474. Now some of you may chose to also use the other runes that you paid for at less than market price. Or you can sell them to focus on the type you wanted. In my example IÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢m shooting for soul runes. So lets sell the natures(69000) and deaths(291900). That leaves us with 260574 out standing. That means we paid 226.5gp for each soul rune. So we saved 79275gp simply by buying soul runes. Or if your the money making type you could sell the soul runes and keep the 79275 as your profit for 12 min of your time. with a bit more GP to keep you steady buying you could make 396,375 gp every hour.
So thats how I spent 12 minÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s of my runescape life.

They'll keep it going as long as people are willing to pay for it.
-
Prayer every time.
-
Wanderers, period.
Before 99% of everyone's time, I'd guess that's why it's not mentioned more. No one ever messed with us. Complete and utter domination and most of that was done without even having to lift a sword.
Wanders were never all that strong in the wildy. They had the highest levels but there were a number of clans with more members. I wouldn't use the word dominate to describe them.
BDK, was VERY dominate... then DI came along... Then DS... and now currently The Corruption Clan is the clan thats dominating the wildy. Currently 3 of the top 5 clans are attempting to team Cor just to have a chance at a win. The previous weekedn DI and Cor teamed to push Vr, Eh, Df out of the wildy in about 20 min. Thats the TOP five pkn clans atm. Considering DI is ranked about 5th... and Cor is #1... it was a big show of force when DI was being teamed by two clans that Cor stoped the fight with Vr and came to help... vr of course followed... and it because 2 v 3.... with the better clans winning with in 20 min.
edit: I loved the DI vs The world fights... wish DS did that... but I doubt they could have pulled it off.

Depends on the use, I'm going to assume your talking about player killing.
Like someone else stated the BEST... but most expensive is a rune cross bow with onyx bolts.. but the bolts are running 20,000gp - 30,000gp right now. If you going to p2p and look for GOOD kills it will pay off. Even dragon bolts @ 8,000gp are faily effective... if your not greens pkn.
If you looking for something cheaper karils is probably the way to go. I think the bow is running 300,000gp and the bolts running 300pg.
I always like to keep a magic bow with rune arrows with me also... to use the special when someone gets down realy low in hp... but a Dragon dagger will work to get that last little KO to finish them off.
-
Failed curses or even fire strikes are going to be cheaper. But chaos spells are of course going to me faster. Below is some of the XP i've experienced... using earth strikes. I just randomly picked these spells in the past...
# Earth strike failed, up to, 10,627 exp/h
# Earth strike normal, up to, 14,261 exp/h

The feature of my RS life series is the adventures of ClanHouse in f2p. ClanHouse has chosen to share with us EVERY skill level and take us along on a photo(here) blog of his quest to kill one of every ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¹ÃâNPCÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢ in the f2p realm of Runescape. Below is a list of those NPCÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s and their status of dead or alive.
Note, right now itÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s fairly easy to find NPCÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s to killÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ but sooner or later ClanHouse will have to start doing quests to search out some of the harder to find monsters. The gloves are fairly easy to get I did the quest on the day it came out without a guide so it's not like it takes a long time to get them. Then again getting dragonhide vambraces is even easier.
I beg to differ, just because it is possible to get it done the day it coes out does not make it fairly easy. I consider my self a good player, and it just took me all weekend, starting on friday. I was missing a few prior quest items, and had to remake/reget them. I also had to do one quest that was a req(shawod of the storm), and then a second quest after doing the subquests, because I was 173 quest points instead of the needed 175 to finish. Even if i had all the items banked, and all the quests done, I would expect the average player would take more than a day or two to do the quest without a guide.
I did the quest simply because I feel these gloves will be 'standard' equipment soon, much as the 'whip' is now 'standard' for any melee warrior.

Hasn't it always been like this? Even in the RSC days you had people thinking they "owned" you because they make you run. Nothing new here, things never seem to change.
Thats what I was thinking. Same junk - new spells and armor.
I hate to jump on the 'rsc days' bandwaggon... but I certinaly found it funny when people 'owned' me.. and got my robes. Then at the end of the day i had lost a good number of prayer robes... but I had several sets of rune. So who got owned? me getting killed 20+ times... or the people I made money off of after they failed to kill me that second or third time.
-
Good ideals, Not sure if their something I'd do.
-
yah, its a good weapon for any arsenal if you ask me!
of course 4 mil is a bit pricey but i dont spend my money on skills =P so i had plenty of cash to get one =)
itll help withc training that extra 300-600 xp every few minutes will speed things up!!!
How long does it take to charge?... because if it's every 5min(or less0... and 600xp thats a hit it's an extra 6000 to 12k per hour... altho I like to use the dragon battle and stat restore pots.. to train with high str... dragon 2 hand might help as much or more than having the boosted strength.
-
I don't expect to be impressed.
I've been waiting more POH's the first time they promised them. I think now almost everyone who was around when they said it the first time... just cringed becuse they like me know... they will never come out... even tho carpentry was once even added to the skill list.
I Wish the runescape community would look at what we have NOW. Quit putting the 'future' of runescape on the current update. I quit doing quests at 163 quest points... and haven't put any effort into getting a fire cape. We have more than enought content... If you have done all the quests.. god bless. Get into the clan/pk world because you have too much time on your hands.
I love updates as much as the next person. All those cosmic runes I couldn't give away... I used them recently and Bumped up 72xp for each one in the mage place. Dragon 2 hand... I pkd quite a few people up there untill everyone got scared away because of the multi-atk bug... and the thing got 'old' so players today are hardly there.
I guess I'm ranting atm... I hope we get some thing with play ability. Some thing that we can go to/do more than once with out getting bored... because thats what happened with the fightcaves... did them a few times... and just havn't been back. castle wars on the other hand... I still visit once a week or so.

The thing about that is... Your IP addresses would be within one of eachother depending on how many systems you have connected to that router.
So if your desktop has an IP Address of like "66.37.125.78"... your laptop will probably have an IP Address of "66.37.125.77" or "66.37.125.79". So there would have been very little margin of error in them finding a connection between the two accounts.
I know this isn't on topic, but I have to say something. This is wrong. A router represents a single IP. That's what a router does - it acts as a switching yard to other networks, while acting as the gatekeeper to the local network. Your router has one IP address. Jagex only sees that one IP.
Where you're not wrong is that Jagex can distinguish between machines behind a router, with a little work. NAT (network address translation), the protocol that makes routers work, puts a distinguishing mark on the TCP/IP packets that it sends, so that when a reply packet comes, the router knows which local machine to pass it to. This marker is in the HOST port field of the packet. So, it's not the IP address, that's different, but the source port.
A little "who cares anyways" information for you. :D
Eh, maybe I am wrong. Dunno.
What I do know is I have a router and my IP address in different from my mother's by a difference of one. That could only apply to the LAN though, which in that case I would be wrong. Infact, thats probably what it is.
One connection, split by two computers. So yeah, my mistake. :? At least I have an idea as to what I'm talking about. Just didn't communicate it nearly as well as I could have. Plus... in my defense... its been awhile since I've done anything networking related in awhile. Thanks for the lesson though to refresh my memory. :P
Anyhow... the main point I was getting too, that might have been missed... was that any family on a LAN is at risk for getting booted. If they ever decide they want to play RS together. Which is something that is wrong.
Also off topic....
I was playing with Ethereal a few months ago... and I never relised how much data is transfered from our computers when doing simple tasks. I loaded runescape to the login screen. Started caputre of packets, loged in and imediatly stoped capture of the packets. Just to log in it connected to several(over 4) external servers, and back to my computer to the rs client. I expected one connection...
My belief is the travel triggered the initial ban, because it is possible to make a good attempt at finding a location based on an IP address. If an address 100 miles away connects to your account you could be flaged for a staff member to glance at it for 30 seconds and click "ban" or "not" based on other tracking information they may or may not keep.
But how can we play with friends or family without being a suspect? Why is it wrong to have a friend start an account at my house and give him/her stuff so that they can play with me. I think the 'mule' and 'shareing' rules can't be based on IP address/payment info alone.
