I think your levels and HPs are spot on, but at that level the rune dragon should be like the kalphite queen in drops - ie. dragon chain, etc.
Also whats after rune - dragon, so maybe a super monster that always drops a dragon item. We can call that the ancient dragon and it is the toughest monster in runescape, it can attack by magic and fire and melee as it is the oldest creature on the runescape world. dragon items can start at dragon mace etc, up to dragon chain and even new drop dragon boots or dragon plate. It can also drop heaps of dragon arrows.
A good lvl for him would be cmbt 500 hp 550
I like that idea as well...but The lvl of that dragon would have to be high enough so that a team is a must no matter what level you are.
The problem I see with this though, Is that the prices of Dragon Items will drop tremendously and clans / teams of high levels would get pretty rich and it would probably change the rs economy...

i know nowthing about computer progrming but i think this might be hard to do....but im not sure....
anyway what i think they could do is have something like whats up in the old sara mage guy in dranyors house...a telescope. you could have a tower somewhere and several magical telescopes that you can look at towns and they would show up the way they used to be. actually it would be more of a bug scurying thingying thats in houses and fight pits. and that would be in a huge tower and the baesment would be the zoo thingy of the old monsters and stuff.
i like your idea though :)

darkarcher-i used to mine gold ore for him back when i was lvl 50-60 something...we became friends then my comp failed...i didnt get on RS then when my comp started working again then i talked to him once...then never heard from him again....
does anyone here know him? if so please tell me if he still plays RS

might be good idea....................but make it lvl 200 or someting..400 is way to high.....also...dont make so many threads....just make one with all your ideas on them...saves space :thumbsup:

my favoriate is the making arrows for the Varrock Army, also mabye you could join the varrock army :D and you get gp for every kill you get (monsters you battle are close to your Cmb lvl.) :)
also, if your a member the mysterious old man gives you "jobs" ive never done them so im not sure what you get :P
No, you should not be able to join...just not worth it..cw *cough*. You get prayer exp and some money is the answer. Alright, when i clicked on this thread, i intended to see like..YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO WORK AT REEUSTERAUTN AND GET 100K PER DAY. No offence, but thats just typically how these job threads work. They're just people who want cash and don't think things through. oddly enough, you've found a great suggestion on how they could do this...using skills. This would obviously have to be p2p, and i'd see the npc you talk to being at the servants guild. I'm not sure i like waiters...you just can't make that work + runescape only hs one real resteraunt..at the grand tree, and public transport i have a few questions about such as is it npc only? If so i guess it'd work..but its a little more sketchy. Here's a version i think would be good. Oh, btw...the community thing..i can slightly see that happening as a skill. It would be like this but the problem is wat could you do to make it so its not like...go like repave the streets of varrock, but not have it intertwine with another skill.
To start a job, go to servants guild and talk to npc..he reviews your skill resume', then hands you a list. The list contains the job and person you'd work for. To start a job, just talk to the person..and he/she would describe it, then discuss your pay. here are some jobs (just some suggestions)
Herblore: As you said: Make special potions for say the witch in rimmington
Construction: I like this one: Repair or build new tree house areas on the grand tree.
Crafting: Build new dummys and archery targets for the varrock gaurds
Mining: Mine some ore for dwarves...somewat to what happened in giant dwarf
Woodcutting: Cut trees obviously for someone
Slayer: Kill off monsters that are harming a town.
Farming: Tend to a farmers crops
Theiving: Steal a certain item from a chest or from pickpocketing someone.
Obviously there would ahve to be some rewards in the terms of experience, cash, or some new items specific to the job. NOT ARMOR.

also, i think that it SHOULD be at least PARTIALLY f2p cause this could be something newbies can do instead of saying:

mabye have it a bit like farming, specific patchs where you can build a bonfire
also if this hasnt been already said; give more prayer xp for the bigger the bonfire and you need certin firemaking lvls to build bigger fires

lol pc can get boring after you do it over...and over and over...and over again!!!

i agree with sean, we if they were to make it, it should be at least partially F2p cause also some f2p people get bored cause they have nothing else to do and this would give them something to do :)

meg good point...but seriously they wouldnt have you get 100k for jobs....mabye like 5k at most.....you really cant get rich off of that..
