I have about 150 mith bars...I am f2p....I have lvl 58...so I can make mith daggers, axes, maces, med helms, swords, scimmys, longs, full helms, and sq shields. Plz tell me which I should make for xp and I also would like to make some cash off this. Which should I make to get the most xp and cash??

I am f2p loking for a place to train where I dont have to use a lot of food and I dont want to fight really low lvl monster like men, rats, cows, or chickens. I have tried to fight in al-kharid against guards but there is too many people and I only get 2 hits max on them. My stats are 40 atk, 45 str (training that up a lot....str pure) 1 def 31 prayer..and 39 hp Thx in advance for ur time....plz respond
