  1. I hope they don't change it, as it's a great way to train and I find it fun (I often compete with friends to see who can make the most damage). It's been a while since they first released it and technically they shouldn't change it, but as posted before, they often nerf things that a) don't need changing, or B) things that are overpowered, like the rewards XP.

And to those who kept talking about the "Mod Paul" thing, Jagex currently have four employees called "Paul", one being Mr. Gower, one on the Graphics Team and two on the Customer Support team. Click me! for proof.

  2. Suprisingly, not many people ask me out on rs (I'm level 121)... This is because I'm normally in spots where you don't get many people under 80 combat, so this is quite good at times.

Going back to some of the previous comments mentioned, a friend of mine used to say this about the internet.

The Internet; where men are men, women are men, and 14 year old cheerleaders are FBI agents.

  3. Seeing as we're on the topic of Armour Stands, this might interest you about the Barrows repair - which I did a little test on earlier on today.

I recorded the price Bob would charge to repair, the price it'd be to repair it myself, and the price to repair myself while having drunk a Dwarven Stout, which raised my smithing level by one.

As you can see, with 80 Smithing the repair is 40%, however after taking the Dwarven Stout you can see I've got 40.5% off the price.

Because of this, I can take a guess that the following are the price difference you get from repairing the Barrows armour yourself, and you can work out what each subsequent level is.

    • *1 Smithing - 1%

      *25 Smithing- 12.5%

      *50 Smithing- 25%

      *75 Smithing- 37.5%

      *99 Smithing- 49.5%

    Enjoy. :)

  4. i dont care its wrong , i totally agree with the fact these pathetic players cant play fair :?

It's just the same as in real life - there's always going to be somebody to spoil the fun of other people.

Sorry to hear about you being scammed, all you can do I guess is just learn from it and be more careful in future. And, like a couple of posts in this thread, always check the second trade screen. :)

  5. I agree with a few people here, that I wouldn't of done the same as Durial did - whatever the amount of "fr33 st00fs" I would of obtained, I value my RS account too much to risk being banned over a bug as serious as this was.

Anyway, he got banned and that's what he deserved.

Oo look, to go with all these videos of the events, there's a new game out aswell!

Ok, so I was bored training attack. :(

  6. *Wasted 100k on 2 skeletons that now do nothing more then stand around and look pretty*

You need to pull the lever in the Throne Room to enable PvP mode or something, and then you should be able to kill the skeletons.

Well so I think, I just read that and I don't have the Construction level to try it out.

  7. the system is still junk i think i put in 19k with max aproval and i only got 1 cad herb 1 potato, 1 onion,1 reberry,1 cadava and 1 gwam seed thats with max on herb and rest on farming... very anoyying

Thing is that you only put in 19k, so the amount taken from the coffers would be 1.9k, an extremely low amount of gp.
