pretty sure he just said that, and if he is pure he doesnt have many options.
Your best bet is training at rock crabs which is right next to relekka that city is located north of seers.

The only way to get them back is to find them again. So say you lose your black one, and you want it back - but still have your steel one, just show that to that lady outside the cyclopes' room and she'll let you find another.
But, lets say you lost your black one, and don't have a steel one - you'll probably have to start from scratch again.

Woodcutting i'd say at Willows it's great XP for like 99 WC then in the end you can fletch lots of it for 85 fletching and get to making Mage longs, great Stat and much faster money

I wouldnt tempt it with no melee prayer but your choice really (im combat level 100)

Ages since i did that quest.. but yea i reckon if you cant find the exit you should try get a friend to come there or find a random person doing the quest or something to help you out

That should work lol but i dunno if it makes your chances of gettning a guthan item any better and also i was told that you should kill all the brothers but dont get any kills in the tunnels because that will decrease your chances of gettning anything unless your after runes

I dont think you can report the one on top as i think Jagex wont see it anyway but yea the 2nd one goes under password scamming, selling accounts is well either item scamming or if selling to people for real money then Real world trading. Randomly starts to swear... dunno i mean if he says like [cabbage] or something like that i personally wouldnt but if he keeps spamming it then yea i suppose, advertising bots and stuff: i think you should go for offensive language or something just to make jagex aware same with the threat thing.

lol im not sure, i think Jagex is pretty much aware of bandits but well i think you should get Guthans its much better than Torags well its Diffrent Torags has more defense but Guthans comes instead of Food for a good while

I was never really in to mining but i reckon Crafting guild is best for gold but then i used al kharid lol but it only has 2 rocks

Depends if your looking for a forum (like these) or a website, im not really pro with websites but yea i can acctully create some but if ur only goin for forum i'd use Invision/ Zetaboards for it as it's easiest or PHBB

Well i dunno, buying and selling section might be useful but i've never had a "Job" in runescape really i just cut/mined/picked (flax) or high alched/sold anything
