  1. I'm at school now, so I can't test this myself, but I know in the old system if you typed messages to fast some of them wouldn't show up to avoid the good old way of avoiding the censor, S (enter) H (enter) I (enter) P (enter) , but with the way it was I would type full words that wouldn't show up and I would look like an idiot telling someone I already said something that no one else saw, so if anyone knows if that still works or not leme know :P

  2. Kind of off-topic, but I've never been yelled at by the other guys for using the sword in Halo 2.

All I ever hear is "get the god-d*** sword away from that guy!"

The sword takes absolutly no skill to use. thats why they say that.

Play me one on one swords only and lets see if it takes "no skill"

I say if you got it flaunt it  Prayer owns we all know it... 83 prayer here going for 84 soon. I use my prayer in C wars when 6 people are teaming on me, and they say lets get a screenie of the level 120 dieing to noobs.. I pop that on and well the rest is history,,, Sorry buds but no screenie of a level 120 going down.,..

I'm 126 and 99 prayer, I'll be fighting 8 people all praying and I won't pray back, wanna know why, because it's a damn game lol (diffrent story in the wilderness), I lose no pride when I die to 8 people. Here's a quick way around someone praying one on one, bring more then one attack style perhaps. Granted I worked hard for my prayer level but I'm not gonna waste time using a protect prayer, I'll put all of it towards attack and strength and do some damage before I go down.

The only thing about the whole "prayer noob" subject that makes me mad, is if someone prays against me 1 on 1, then I pray back, they call me a prayer noob (which happens quite often 1 on 1)

  3. nicer people.

    Ehh..?

He means in general, people who scam and cheat openly do it on noob accounts on f2p, because whats the point of paying 5 dollars to get banned. There are nice people on f2p also, just as many as p2p, but free is over-run with the low level accounts of people trying to cause trouble.

  4. From wikipedia

"...The game was renamed RuneScape and released to the public on January 4, 2001...."

Considering I joined March 2001...I think I'd have a pretty good idea when the game came out.

It's called Runescape Classic Beta you silly little nubs. YOU CAN'T TOUCH THIS. I'm in your face because I've played a hell of a lot longer than you. Don't cry because I'm better than you. DEAL WITH IT.

you sir... are an idiot lol

but on topic which I havn't seen for a full page now, the range and mage boosting prayer idea is by far the best, no reason why they shouldn't have them. I also agree with the stronger attack/def/str prayers, 15% is a lot, but 20% would be better

and ill admit my opinion is prolly biased because I am 92 prayer working on 99 lol.

  5. You sent him a PM (in which you sent a friend request, in which he accepted) yet he is still macroing? Or was he already on your friends list?

You don't have to accept a friend request to send someone a message, they just have to have their private chat set to "on"

  6. Dude, how do we know if you have or have not macroed. That's what I hate about these topics, we only see what the "unfairly" banned people are telling us, and they usually don't say: "Jagex banned me and I completely deserved it".

Now everyone thinks Jagex bans people for the heck of it, while probably 99% of the "I got banned unfairly" topics are lies.

I'll be really honest here, I don't beleive you  .

I usually only beleive these types of rants if they back there case up VERY well, with pictures etc. and if you see from the pictures of jagex' messages ONLY that there's something wrong with this ban. which is almost never the case.

Ok heres one for you, I don't care if you believe me or not, because it don't matter to me, but think about this for a second, why would.. a level 125 (me), auto from 95 to 99 magic and risk getting banned, if you took the time to look into who was posting maybe you would see im not that stupid. and if you want "proof" anyone on server 46 ogres cage in the past week, I talked with all of them, even got in a few fights, my best friend.. lordnathan88 was with me most the time, you can ask him too. but like i said, i dont care if you believe me or not lol.

  7. I don't think it was a clan just for the fact that I havn't been pking in a loooooong time, people would have to hold some grudges for quite a while lol, and the way that I was training would make sense that they would asume I was autoing, im guessing it was the low levels at ogres cage where I stunned that reported me for no reason, and got me banned ;-\

and I understand jagex makes mistakes, thats why the first time I was banned it was no big deal because I sent a message and they fixed their mistake. but you can't appeal a temp ban which leaves me wrongfully banned more then once now, racking up black marks on my account which shouldn't be there, I wouldn't be so frustrated if they replyed to my messages at least.

  8. Ok short story of my recent bannings, I was first banned around a year ago for "advertising a website", this was a perm ban and I sent a message and was unbanned 5 minutes later, no biggie. A few weeks ago I was banned for the same thing, only this time a 3 day ban, so I couldn't appeal it. I sent messages telling them I was wrongfully banned and I got auto responses saying they didn't have the time to read my messages

ok I sucked it up and delt with my ban I figure it could have been a mistake, something like I may have said my msn name on rs, then I go to log on this morning, to fill buckets for prayer before school, and what do you know, account disabled, check my messages, and this time its "macroing". THIS one is bs lol, I guarentee its because I stun trained from 95 to 99 mage in about a week, but if they even took the time to look into it, they would see I talked, and took breaks the whole time. They are still to busy to care about a member of their game being wronfully banned, but meh, thanks for reading, normally wouldn't post but this one is really frustrating me lol.

  9. I think this rule is more directed at people asking for exact locations and phone numbers, someone that I know of was banned for selling peoples phone numbers lol (and he got what he should have)... but i have been reported for some really stupid things, someone asks me how old I am, I tell them 17, then I ask the same thing in return and get reported lol, im not banned for that yet, only for "advertising websites", which for some reason I don't recall doing

  10. From my opininon i say they should

    1.raise the cap

    2. put a hell of alot more items into the game

3.put more xp into the lvls so its harder

    1. good idea, would help with what we are talking about

    2. do not see how that would solve anything about there being a lot of 120+, becides creating faster training and making the problem worse

    3. yes im all 99's but it would be unfair to those who are not, if this far into the game they made it harder after over 3100 or so people have it.

  11. It is true that the number of high level players (lets say over 90 combat, because, as mentioned in a post above, in RSC max was 100 for some period) you see around the RuneScape world has rocketed since RS2 was released, but there is no need to complain, because it is still achievement, with time and effort still having to be put in to achieve a high level.

True it is still an achievement, but one that is all to common now, how would you like it if you had a high level stat and were one of the first to get it, but then because you were limited on what you could do, everyone else cought up to you and you were nothing special anymore. We understand not EVERYONE is 99 hits, but try to look at it the way Richie and I do lol, hi by the way gee :P

  12. I get exactly what you are saying, granted I am only 125 and only 94 magic, im well over 99 (in xp) for my fighting stats, and no I did not raise slayer and get the xp. I was 138th to 99 hp, and I would love to see the level cap raised, give me a reason to train again, I do not enjoy skills, and I miss the days where it was a rare occasion to come across another pker with 99 hp. agree with you 100 percent

  13. I am not the biggest fan of quests to be honest, I had about 155 quest points when this one came out, when I saw the stats on the new gloves (most interested in the strength bonus) I was motivated to get the quest points I needed, and to be honest, with the work it took to get the gloves I would be kind of dissapointed if they were not an "above average" quest reward. And I fell in love with these gloves lol  , hitting 41 with whip now, and not losing bonuses when I switch to mage or range, hope everyone complaining don't get the stats messed up lol.
