I would have thought it would make more sense to put this on the DS than the Wii... then again maybe the whole issue of file space would come in there.
If we put it onto consoles though, I can't help but worry about hacking software such as AR or GameShark, which has actually ruined many games before. Pok̮̩̉̉mon is the most recent example (uber hacked Pok̮̩̉̉mon), but games like Mario Kart DS and Animal Crossing: Wild World have also suffered thanks to this system. I would hate RS to hold the same fate, especially after all the hard work that's been put into it!
If this ever comes to fruitation, lets just hope that doesn't happen!

JUst imagine that in falador park, world 2. With a headset. SELLING BUyi- @))k AZSIGIUZAHselling buyyingoffer noobb@SCVAMMED!!! REPORTEDBUYING!!!1. Imagine that in a headset, with 8 year-olds screaming. That would be weird just thinking about it. Yeah sure.. Headset instead of keyboard and what as a mouse? That would be hard to move to certain places...Ns
Eek! I thought Xbox Live was bad

I would much rather prefer if it were on Xbox 360 if they were gonna put it on any console.

"recently hit one million subscribers and boasts over 5 million active players."
Wow 5 million active players, that cant be right. If theres 1m active members and roughly the same amount of each world, the f2p worlds should all be full.
Depends on what they consider "active"

Well, one thing that this would also do is it would take away the one thing that held Runescape at a higher level (in my opinion) to other MMO's. WEEKLY UPDATES.

t would just kill runescape.compared to elder scrolls oblivion out on the xbox360 for example,it would just be blown out of the water.yeah it would get support from existing fans but by many who havent ecxperienced the great game they would just slate it.it also would feel as good.i love the crudness of the game and its accessibility.i hope it doesnt go onto consoles anyway.
Some of my thoughts exactly.

Runescape developer Jagex has revealed a console version of its browser-based fantasy MMO is something it keeps considering, the arrival of Xbox 360, Wii and PS3 making such more tempting than ever before.
"It's certainly more interesting with the current generation of consoles of course because they're far more internet-connected than the previous generation and it just wasn't worth looking at", the game's creator Andrew Gower told CVG recently.
This could bring this game to a wider audience, but could bring in more problems than good.

Why so many chins? I heard it was about 40k to 50k chins from 85 to 99 range... :-k

Um.. I found what I needed
-
-200 empty buckets for 5 ea waiting for pickup
-600+ bucket of sand for 10 ea waiting for pickup
If your still waiting I would gladly take those off your hands :)

Ignore all these morons telling you to go to pc... There 'mates' are just cheap. :-w
H Rassy told me he managed 90-99 range in under 4 days at ape atoll, getting nearly 300k xp an hour ... Beats pc? Hell yes.
I believe the 300k xp per hour was before Jagex nerfed it, now I heard its less than 200k per hour there.

I'm already mining iron ore so if it could help cut the time in half I'm all ears. Time is everything in this game.
EDIT: I believe I may have figured it out
With a point in the right direction by a fellow tifer, (he mentioned it having to do with lunar magics)I believe I have found the answer to my troubles.
You mine your ores at the Yanille location, then teleport to Edgeville using your glory amulet (or to Castle wars with a ring of dueling, depending on your preference). Bank your ores then use the lunar magic Khazard teleport and teleport back very close to the ore mining area. Repeat when your inventory is full.
If someone would be so kind as to pm me and tell me if I'm right it would me greatly appreciated.

I know of the method that you used and it would be interesting to know if thats the method or if I would have to use Lunar Magics. :-w
it will cut you're time in half but it will also cut you're profit in half as well, if you're looking for a full profit you're better of banking in yanille bank. With this method you get 1650gp per trip, 17-20m from 85-99, 35-40k xp per hour, and probably a mil or so in magic xp :anxious:It would be very interesting to know of your method. I'm currently mining iron ore at the Yanille location and it would help tremendously if it really cuts half the time (is it really possible?). :Dnot going to say what it is quite yet, although its rather simple.
Magic xp... hmm... sounds like the method I used to 85 mining. I don't know how fast it is (never timed it, surprisingly), but it sounds like this method almost perfectly, except I got a bit more profit per trip. Now I'm wondering what yours is....

If everyone is so afraid that this mining spot will be flooded by the "masses" they could just pm me it's whereabouts.

A couple seconds later she got forum banned...

I'd have to say yanille spot is the best. One of the closest to bank if not the closest and hardly ever crowded no matter what world your on.

Much better than your old one, I support!

Lol, funny picture. Goodluck, I know how frustrating it can be! :wall:

I hope that they don't update the graphics, as someone else has said, I've grown to love them.
