Here is the set-up I use for ranging...seems to work pretty well at lessers. Although I may consider adding on Ricochet shot if you want to be more AFK (chances of hitting other monsters and continue with auto-retaliate)

Basically 2h weapons are what you want to use, and then carry a secondary weapon with a shield to use rejuvenation every 5 minutes.

wheres the best place to train combat skills at low levels (under 20 att, str, def, mage, range. right now) and what should I train on after that
I did goblins till ~30s in melee and then switched to Moss Giants, it might still use a bit of food, but I think it's worth it.
For mage, stick with non-combat methods, get your mage high enough from quests to do teleports till superheating, then superheat till high level alchemy.
Ranged, catablepons are a pretty good at 30+, they barely hit and give a decent amount of xp.

I believe that this beats the record of lowest combat to 1000 total (according to pre-eoc combat formula) of 27. I would be 23 combat based on the old combat formula

Dear god! You've gotten a higher DG level leeching than I have from actively doing the dungeons...I'd call you a nub, but me and my 69 DG really don't have a leg to stand on do we? :P
Congrats Dan! I'm glad to see DG leeching is workable again. :thumbup:
btw - why you no join Slaya's Pure Free to Play forums? You should come check it out. We're kind of small atm, but it's only been a week. ;)
Not quite leeching, though very close. I actively key cause I have defense and prayer, but I don't do combat

Piercing shot is listed twice just because revolution never gets to #9 and I didn't really know what to put there previously.
