  1. Well I've got one. And I was scammed by a member of this forum. Though I don't know if he's still active here.

This September I was hanging with a friend of mine, a Lvl 3 Skiller and master merchant. He'd gotten a green partyhat recently and I had decided to come see. Well, he said he was doing a new section of his blog featuring trust trades. So he asked if he could try on my Santa hat. Well, the trusting person I am, I let him try it on, thinking he was rich enough already he had no need to scam me. Well, I was wrong. He logged out a few minutes later when I asked for it back. :boohoo:

  2. No prob, I've been trying to get to 99 cooking lately (97 at the moment) and was wondering if I should fish the 10.5K sharks to get it or just buy them... :-k

by the time you got the 10.5k sharks you could have gotten 99 cooking 2 times so i wouldn't suggest it :shame: anyways you are freeking rich dude realy nice i'd wish i was as good as you

True, but I could always use the extra 9M...

  3. Ah yes, a topic I was hoping would get touched up on sooner or later. I was around back in the days of old, the days of RuneScape Classic. It was fun, challenging, and most of all had a great community. Over the few years of playing I decided I had had enough. I quit RuneScape not know that I would later rejoin the community. So after a long break I came back on a new account to discover only the shear every man for himself attitude of the common player. Not one person cared what the poor little noob had to say. The great communtiy of which I had known had slowly decayed into a swarming of preteens who acted as if they didn't even realise there were other people behind the screen.

Yes, I do still play. But these days my only motivation for playing is keeping in touch with the many friends I have collected over the years of both playing and inactivity alike. Afterall, there are still a good few who remain great contributors to our community,

And while I do agree with what was said, I don't commend the way the author neglected all good aspects remaining in the game. The maturity level has dropped over the years but it's not in a perpetual slump as most players who have quit seem to think...

RuneScape has gone from a decent game with a great community game that took some strategy to play, to a cute little game that a 10 year old plays. The constant warning signs when entering a dangerous part of the game just make the game much less thrilling. So youÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢re walking, about to enter a dark cavern, not having any idea whatÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s in there, when suddenly a box pups up saying ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâ¦Ã¢â¬ÅLook out! ItÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ã¢ââ¬Å¾Ã¢s dangerous in thereÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬Ãâæ You could be killed! ÃÆââââ¬Å¡Ã¬ÃâÃ
  4. Hey guys, I been thinking of getting into the merchanting scene again, even though I'm not all that good at it. :anxious: I merched my Santa hat a couple times yesterday, made a few 100K. I was thinking of selling my Santa and merching Barrows... Anyways, I'll add you in game if I ever get chance to get on World 2. #-o I still think it's pretty amazing what you do with those lobsters... =D>

  5. It depends how much money you have. Try Herb merchanting if you have 100k-500k for starters. Merchant Barrows if you have around 3-6m. If you have 15M+ I suggest moving into rares and Dragonfire shields. With Dragonfire shields you can make 300k-1m in one or two merches... As for rares, I think they speak for themsleves... :XD:

  6. Getting rid of autoers could be simple matter of not giving them a reason to auto. If we can stop real world trading, buying from autoers and other methods of indirectly letting them benefit, then they'll stop. We have to put limits on what we can and can't do. Boycott buying wares from potential autoers, don't real world trade, DON'T BREAK THE RULES! :shame: If we can do that we can begin to limit autoer activity to a minimum.

  7.

Heh, everyone should add I hate dubbed anime to there sig! :wall:

The thing about dubbed anime is that since you heard the japanese voice first, any different voice given to the character sounds off, especially since that different voice is in a different language. That's why I prefer Ed's dubbed voice over the Japanese one- I heard him talk in English first.

But dear lord, did anyone here Renj's dubbed voice? I thought Naruto was bad.. but geez.

You hit the nail on the head with that one!

Is anyone here a member of NaruotFan? I've been having trouble registering for there forums, it's giving me some troubles...
