I do wish non-technical people would stop trying to propose technical solutions.
As mcowned said, you get keyloggers with screenscrapers that take a screen shot when you click, so an extra PIN really will not do anything.
At the end of the day a decent firewall and antivirus, an up to date computer and alittle common sense is the best defence.
I agree another pin isnt going to help just get a decent firewalla and anti-virus and COMMON SENSE (best thing probably) and your set. As for someone hacking your computer and getting past the firewall and anti virus just for a runescape account its highly unlikely because its just pixels...

I use it when cutting logs or mining i log on with pickaxe/axe and cut and it saves time to put in my bank pin each time i log on i can just go to the deposit box because i don't need to withdraw anything

You guys are focusing too much on the 5 million gp. First what if 10 friends want to make a clan, they can nominate a leader each put in 500k and there is the 5mil. Only an idiot would pay the whole 5mil for himself then go out trying to find a clan. Second the wilderness is a terrible place for clan wars since usually there can be up to 50 smaller groups wondering around the wilderness and what happens if they start attacking both teams that would be unfair, so the idea of a battlefield would be perfect. However with the battlefield i think it should be like farming so clans don't have to wait they can just go straight into the battlefield and fight.
finally you have to realise clans usually start with friends so 5mil gp between friends really doesn't add up to that much. It sounds like an awesome idea and i would love it to come into runescape especially with the 5mil gp and the 100k fee to LEAVE the clan not join it and even if someone did create the clan with only his money the people that join may like to contribute 100k or something since he payed the whole 5mil. Remember a clan is like a family you help them out and u don't just ditch them when a "better" family comes around so the 100k leaving fee sounds good to me.
I look forward to people "correcting" what i think:P

If they do come out with Player Owned houses, I hope we can decorate them with stuff like current NPC houses. For isntance, maybe people who own houses can buy an armor display stand so that they can display their armor as decoration in their homes (much like the Old Man does with it saradomin armor).
Also, maybe during Christmas, they can have special "Christmas Spruce" trees popup all over the world, which players can cut to get a "Christmas tree" to display in their homes for the holidays (it would be untradeable and last only about 2 weeks prior to and 1 week after Chrismas).
Then of course you can add a range, a bed, an icebox to store food, furniture to store stuff like clothes (robes, capes, etc), a hat stand for helms/hats, etc.
I highly doubt this will happen because it will prob be like 100-500 houses and be just like farming where you cant see other peoples houses and stuff otherwise they would need to make at least 500 000 houses and that would take up way to much space.
EDIT: Also i don't think they came out in classic because back then they didnt have the knowledge to make only 1 players house only visible and accessable to them.

Ok my winamp is just in a toolbar like as if runescape or msn is and i wanted to put it to the far right where all those little icons are so it frees up some space is this possible?

I don't really agree with you on this.
First I'll explain how the abuse report works. After that I'll explain why I don't think that your suggestion will be a very good/useful tool.
As we all know when you report someone you first click the "report abuse" button and that will pop up a screen in runescape. After this you type in the name of the person that is abusing you and or breaking a rule. The final step during this process if to click on the rule that they have broken. (sorry if you find this irrelevent but i thought it would be suitable to mention this)
Firstly the top of that "report abuse" screen it says:
This form is for reporting players who are breaking our rules. Using it sends a snapshot of the last 60 secs of activity to us.As you can see when reporting someone the last 60secs of activity during runescape is sent to jagex.
I don't agree with what you suggested because if someone comes up and starts breaking a rule right infront of you you report them and then jagex can scan the screen shot of the last 60secs that you sent to them via the report abuse system and see exactly what happened.
It seems to me that you may have done something wrong except you were in anger because the other player started it. This is why you would like the "explaining" feature so incase you get angered and start abusing them you won't get in trouble because they started it. (sorry if thats completly off) Jagex will see that the other person started the fight and therefore they will be punished not you.
Finally i don't think its a good reason because in a way when you do fill out an abuse report they can already see what has happened and it has been explained on your screen.
I hope you can see this from my point of view but if you can't thats cool we are all original and this is just my opinion.

Omg i was just watching it, it was the most exciting game ever i personally think the ref was terrible but you know. He missed a handball that nearly lost us the game! Great game most of my family was watching it and we were all screaming. Australia v Croatia ended up in a draw 2-2 there were 2 red cards numerous yellow cards and one fella from croatia even got 3 yellows (2 reds) and was still on the field at the end.
