i got perm muted
was about 6 month ago now tho and all i did was slayer and used my other account :thumbsup: its not that bad realy its just hard to make cash :(

I just cannot support this.
Why you ask?
Because if you have been temp muted then you have broken the rules. And so it is your own fault, you have a chance to talk to the G-Mod about the situation as he appears.
If you are perm-muted then you have broken the rules either alot or horrendously. You can talk to the Mod and you can Appeal through the appeals system.
Everyone who has said that they are perm-muted on this topic. Do you admit that you broke the rules? Even if you claim innocence then you could put forward your case at the appeals stage.
So no. No support from me. :boohoo:
As a player of many years I have never been in trouble at all. How have I kept a stainless record? I don't break the rules, I am polite and I have good fun in the meantime.

people loose there temper, people drink alcohol, people are just argumentative and to top it off some people are just not nice.
people say stuff out of temper, from alcohol ect ect.
you cant blame them for doing something they diddnt mean too and that are normally not bad

what exactly are you looking for and what was wrong with the other 3 you mentioned? If you are looking for an easy one to get the hang of it will not produce as good sigs as a more dynamic one.
What kind of stuff did you want to make?
vector? raster? pixel? some type of simple rendering software?
photoshop needed a CD, dont understand paint shop 9 and it wont let me download GIMP
i dont know about the kind of stuff, im new to making sigs ect and want to learn.

im looking for a programme to download to make sigs, underbanners and the pics people can make.
ive tried photoshop, paint shop 9 and GIMP, ive also tried paint you get with windows.
if you have any other programmes please tell me :)
im looking for one thats easy to use and i dont mind if you need to pay for it.

Definitely look at upgrading that RAM...I have 2000 mb of RAM, 128 was old in 2001 >.<

ancients was designed for P2P only, why make it F2P? what about the F2Pers who have never been a member but want ancients?

by the way, if you double click on the java icon and dont get the java control panel simply right click the icon and click on control panel, i had to do it :)
and do you need to put the - thingy?

i put my RAM at 128m, is it too high? and theres no difference

for those that dont know what delay lag is, its a 5 second delay, you click on something and do it 5 seconds or so later. it is the worst kind of lag you can probably get (i think it is anyway).
i have the system requirements to play runescape and i only play on low detail (you can find my system propitiates at the bottom of this post)
this lag started about 3-4 weeks ago and the longer it goes on the more my runescape account slips into inactivity (which i dont want), my browsers also take awhile loading up and ive tried Firefox, Internet explorer and the swiftswitch browser
the stuff ive tried:
defrag
anti virus scans (AVG free, used this all the time)
anti spywear (the AVG free one)
deleting old files
getting rid of unnecessary programs
what ever tune up utilities does (it does do loads and ive done them all a few times)
restarting my comp
updating java
updating windows
cleaning my cookies
i have tried more but i cant remember them but i will post as i remember (i have a bad memory)
i did make a post on the Runescape fourms i 1 or 2 people told me to close my ports and re-open them, a friend then told me not too because they are very hard to re-open and i dont have a clue what ports are :oops:
this is my system propities, ive never updated my comp since this lag started.
If anyone can help me it will be much appreciated.

atleast jagex should have the decency to put next to their names (perm muted) so when someone is about to folo/trade or walk/talk to you,
its should say walk here -----> (insert name and lvl) perm muted
it would seperate the macroers to the muted.

well to GET perm muted, you have to do bad things, so bad things = perm muted, so they deserve it. They get one appeal to say watever, and thats it. they still have their account
perm banned, account is GONE you should have 2 chances lol why is it not obvious??
to get perm banned you need to do bad things, perm mute's can only come from one rule, perm ban can come from them all. perm mute your runescape voice is gone, yeah you have your account but its harder to do ALOT of stuff, also they should give you so long then give you a last chance appeal then review how you have been on runescape. they do it with a perm ban, why not a perm mute?

Thanks for all the support so far, i have been unmuted after a year, eventually logging back into here and seeing this thread is still going is pretty good :)
I am still going with this even thought im unmuted because i know the feeling and i still beleve perm mutes hsould get more than 1 appeal
