  1. I have a glory ammy mounted in the quest hall of my house - a very good investment. Also, I make my own house teletabs so they cost me nothing. You could take the House teleport runes instead but it takes up extra inventory. If you don't avail yourself of either of those options or a friend to keep burners lit it may in fact be faster to run back and forth to Yanille bank. You should test it.

Good luck with getting your prayer levels though :)

Edited to ask: What burners are you building in your chapel? I'm curious because I built marble ones based on the information in the Runescape Knowlege Base but posters here say you only need the mahogany burners to get the maximum prayer experience. It's a huge difference in cost and I'm not willing to rip out my marble ones just to test it. :?

Do you have to recharge the glory on the wall?

I'm not sure which burners I will build. Most likely marble..

  2. I will quote myself from my post above :) :

I usually get a friend to keep my burners lit while I use my mounted glory to tele to bank for a load of bones and then use a house teletab back.

I found this faster than running to and from Yanille bank. Just keep a stack of house teletabs in your inventory and either use your mounted glory or the one you are wearing to tele to the bank, take out a load of bones and 2 marrentils and a tinderbox if you don't have a helper, and break a house teletab to get back to your altar. It really goes very quickly - especially with a friend to keep burners lit.

Don't you have to recharge the glory? And, teletabs are so expensive, I am already spending tons on the bones..

  3. By reporting them, you will not get your stuff back. What might possibly happen is that they get banned. The only thing you can do now is learn from your mistakes and try to make the money back. I have played runescape for about 2 years and I have never gotten scammed. Just read the trade screen! 8-)

  4. Hi everyone,

This week, I will start my goal of 99 prayer. I am currently 69 construction, and once I get 70 I will build a gilded altar. I just have one question about getting prayer up with the altar. Is it better to get my house in Yanille, and walk to and from the bank? Or, is it faster to pray at house, teleport to Falador or some other place, run to bank, and then teleport back to my house? Im just wondering which way is faster. Thank you!

  5. Well, I have wanted a 99 skill for a very long time now, and I think im ready to finally make it happen.

I want to go for 99 cooking, as I find it to be an easy skill. I just have one question. I'm currently 80 cooking, so I would burn sharks like crazy. When going from 80 to 99, do you cook lobsters the entire way, or do you switch to sharks at some point? If so, at what level do I start cooking sharks?

    Thanks for all the help!

  6. Hi everyone, just thought I would introduce myself!

    My name is pyrodrummer9(well, on runescape 8-) ) Anyway, I am a level 96.

Just to give a little history about myself-

I started playing runescape around 2 years ago. Right before Construction came out, I quit runescape because I was playing WAY to much and decided I needed a break. I gave away all my stuff(which included a white partyhat, dragon items, and cash) to a really good friend of mine. Anyway, I really missed runescape, So now I have decided to come back, but not play as much. Before I quit, I was so obsessed with training combat, and I hated it so much and stressed myself out to much. I have decided to just play runescape to have fun, and not sit there for hours training boring skills. A good real life friend of mine just quit, and is giving me a few amazing items to get started again. My construction and hunter are 1, so I have a bit of work to do, I at least want to have all my skills ranked! Anyway, I hope to have a good time on the forums and hopefully make some good friends in runescape again.
