Has anyone heard of Crossfit? It's a specific fitness plan, they have several gyms across the country, and they host a 'Crossfit games' competition annually. My friend got into a few years back, and I've worked out with him off and on, but as my level of interest in fitness has progressed, I'm trying to adhere to it more. Just wondering if anyone else was aware of it,I'd recommend it, sadly, I don't know the philosophy inside and out, but I know the gist of it.
This is said friend, by the way, after as I said, roughly 2 years since beginning, he's very good about doing his workouts as he should, and definitely strives to better himself.

I finally decided I may start again. Have an 80 mage full 8.5 on Frostwolf. Think I may level myself a warlock though, don't feel like raiding at all.

All this has been said, but the wealth is useless here, and you should definitely get over 12 kc, the money you make from bloods/racks will help out even when you aren't getting a lucky item. You're doing fine, it's just such a random thing. Good luck.

I do Ivy when I'm preoccupied but want to be beneficial. It's the easiest thing I've seen thus far, and thanks to nest you make profit depending on your luck, I've got at least 800k in seeds so far.

I saw a screenie of a mod post earlier from i'm not sure how long ago out of the suggestion forums, it was touching on the various common topics, among these were new dragon weapons, mentioned were pickaxes and even hatchets, and another mentioned was guns, it poked fun at goblins wielding uzis, and asked players to provide more information, one of the examples was a dwarven gun, aka hand cannon, it also listed that sitting/laying aka resting was suggested often, the other common topic on the screenshot was horses/mounts, so based on that, and the fact that since then most all of those things have been implemented, I don't see it being that unlikely.
I feel like this post could have been much better worded, but I'm really tired, sorry. =s

Having played both games mainly being mentioned, WoW, and Runescape, a fair bit, it's really two entirely different experiences. Runescape is easily accesible to those with lower end pc's, but that isnt what people want, they do want stunning visuals etc. It's harder to play WoW casually than it is Runescape, so that's another factor, both games do hold the potential to appeal to broad age ranges though, and in a sense, some people get "stuck" with runescape, either unable to pay membership for WoW or just don't have the computer. A game like Runescape doesn't get the marketing because it mainly appeals to those who already play it. Where as WoW is beyond able to draw in new players. And for a side note, Blizzard upgraded their invite your friends program, now tempting you with One level per 2 levels your new friend gains, and a new exclusive mount. I'm sensing desperation.

Never once have I lashed out at the "great" think-tank that is Jagex, but as I sit here reading this in second block..I want to cry. The crazy conspiracy theories have became reality. This is..not quite Sparta, I'm afraid. Just thinking of all the minor inconvienences which await me makes me quite dispirited.

I couldn't resist this, did anyone know a "Rallek"? He wasn't that high level, but back in the day, he was like a god to me, not to mention a great guy.

Is there any good place to range them? With a safespot? i tried the waterfall, the ones on the side of the table I was on kept attacking me whilst I was fighting an opposite one, so that didnt seem to work. The brimhaven dungeon was like, awful. Those dogs made me angry, and amidst exploration a bronze drag nearly owned me.

My friend sent in an attempt to recover his password, his recovs were long forgotten, but he had all the credit card transaction numbers, former passwords, other addition things, he sent them all in, how long until they'll respond, if anyone knows.

Not to mention the shoddy customer service, I submit my letter to jagex about the influx of scammers and me being scammed, i recieve a formal we don't care, basically. And yea, when will some lvl 80 weapons happen along?Looks like the standard of a rune scimmy.. =;So I guess you were all expecting the next whip, huh? Jeez you won't be satisfied unless it has a strength bonus of +150 and the ability to drain your opponents prayer. :roll:
No, we're sick of Jagex, the morons releasing constant low level/pure weapons. :evil: :evil: They're the stupidest company for making their community happy I've ever seen in my entire life. :x How many level 40 weapons is this now...975? Compared to...5? Level 70 weapons.
